The best hotel experience you will ever get, the staff is extremely attentive. They take care of your every need and make you feel very good and comfortable during your stay. If you leave the room for even 1 hour you will come back to clean and tidy room. We had such an amazing time. Spent a week relaxing by our private pool (the water could have been warmer). The spa is AMAZING!! Definitely need to get a massage or 2! Staff were so friendly and helpful with getting us places and the food was great!

We came here for a meal, and the place is very quiet and peaceful with a lovely atmosphere. It feels private and relaxing, and the service is excellent. There is also a nice area where children can run and play, which we really appreciate. If we have the chance, we would love to come back and stay here next time.

Beautiful little resort up in the mountains of Chiang Mai! The villas were right next to nature yet provided the needed privacy. Food was great and rooms were surprisingly clean. I engaged the hotel for my transfers and half day tour and it was great value with recommendations to nearby local speciality farms. A wonderful and peaceful stay in the middle of rice fields, with a beautiful garden full of birds, frogs, and fireflies. The bungalow was sweet, with a terrace, and the pool was very cute. We especially loved the Thai local food prepared by the owner for breakfast and dinner, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to unwind while still being close to local attractions.

I cannot rave about this place enough!! It is so picturesque, situated right in the rice paddy with a view of a temple across the way. The hosts Pete and Ying are so accommodating and sweet. You can rent a motorbike for 300 baht a day and go on adventures all over, it’s such a great place.

The environment is good, the room is also good, the countryside is too remote, it is not convenient to take a taxi, Grab charges a lot to get a car, the hotel's airport pick-up price is not high, there are bicycles available for free

The room facilities are a bit outdated. However, the view is quite nice. The distance to downtown is quite far. The taxi fare alone is close to 30,000 won.

We traveled by motorcycle. Personally, it was quite far. The place was quiet and private, very close to nature. Imagine being on a mountain. We bought breakfast. The price was cute and not expensive. There were many Thai and foreign dishes to choose from. Overall, I was very impressed. I will definitely stay again next time.

Amazing service and value. If you are able to rent a vehicle, I find this type of place vastly preferable to a hotel in the city. Riverside location with extremely friendly staff is hard to beat!

This is now an assisted living facility. It’s truly special. Gorgeous facility on a quiet mountain hillside. Attentive care by an extensive band of trained health care workers. Extensive menu available at each meal. We visit an elderly American friend there regularly.

Good hotel with good location. Not too far from city. Sports activity can be done here such as swimming, jogging and sauna. Food is okay, mostly served with western food. Really nice place to stay and great amenities. We rented a room with hot tub though and there was no hot water. One call to the reception was enough and they sent a handy man and it was fixed within an hour. Downside was that it took 4!!! Hours to fill the hot tub as there wasnt a lot of water coming out.

Enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The kids pool was great. Nice tranquil setting. The downside, as others have said, was the food. Absolutely amazing! Monoceros Resort feels like a paradise. Cabins in the jungle, all hours swimming pool, a delicious restaurant with vegan options, free bicycles to borrow... Paul and Orm and the staff are super nice and we also met friendly travellers here. It's in a beautiful area near Mae Rim, next to a waterfall and a gorgeous botanic garden. We extended our stay because we loved it so much!

The room is spacious, the staff is helpful, there is enough parking space, the accommodation is not far from the main road, there is a swimming pool, there is a complete hair dryer, but one thing is the bed sheet that has spots, not sure what caused the black spots.

The date of arrival was a long holiday, December 4-5, 2023. The place looked at from the reviews, good atmosphere, beautiful accommodation, but when we arrived at the accommodation, the place in the hotel looked like there was no one taking care of the cleaning. The leaves are all falling. If you don't sweep them, there are still leaves in the swimming pool. I'm a little disappointed.

It’s a such a pity for this place is not well maintained, because the architecture and decor is very nice, plenty of grounds to chill and relax and I especially love that there’s the river just beside! Rooms feel dirty, and dusty, spiderwebs everywhere, there was a ginormous spider in my toilet, and used bottles in the fridge not cleared, and a dead insect in my kettle. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to drive around to other great locations like queens sirikit botanical gardens and Mon jam. The hotel itself is nice but quite old, the bathroom unfortunately smelled of pee but instead of cleaning they just used an essential oil burner (which was terrible) to cover the smell.
