Pretty amazing experience who can fit every kind of traveler's. As a worker in international luxury hospitality, I think the team and service should be improved In some points to provide a 5 star service related at this amazing place. The Kaiseki experience was really good, the food in general as well, service at the night was more professional than during the all day dining. I recommend !

The place is beautiful and spacious, truly feels like being in Japan. The price is a bit high, but it's worth the quality. (Didn't try the onsen myself, but my mom said it was great!) The foot onsen was very comfortable.

A very quite and comfortable setting. I went there in March. The weather in the morning or evening was perfect for an onsen. There isn't much around the hotel and you should expect to dine within the hotel. Dinner was good but breakfast was excellent. The staff at the hotel made an effort to make sure that I had a nice experience.
