What can you say about the best? Everything you’d expect and more from a flagship hotel. Carefully crafted individual spaces around a rural Thai idyll. Service, food and facilities to die for.

Wonderful 🌈 We stayed here for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The property was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable.
The atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing, with very nice weather that made our stay even more enjoyable. All staff members were exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it very much. If given the opportunity, we would highly recommend this place to others and would be more than happy to return in the future.

You could get a duo package of 90-min spa with private Muay Thai session , which was a very good experience !!

After arriving, I was immediately shocked by the picturesque environment. This resort is surrounding the lush green ladder rice padding field with a picturesque pond decorated with lotus flowers. You can enjoy on your private terrace the surrounding tranquility and the harmonious garden symphony from birds, roosters, frogs and the scents from blooming flowers. This is definitely a place worth resting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. In addition, the service team gave unfailing support to anything you need. Restaurant Kwau gave us memorable tastes of Thai foods. With the help of Khun Kuan, we enjoyed pleasant dining experiences and tasted delicious foods from different areas of Thailand. The Spa is also commendable! Their massage skill is unparalleled in downtown Chiang Mai. Joining Buffalo washing like a farmer is an unforgettable experience for people grow up in city!

The setting is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The staff, as expected, were professional and very Chiang Mai warm and friendly.
I was treated to a Thai inspired afternoon tea for my birthday and was a little disappointed. All the pieces were tiny bite size - even the scones (which were good) were no larger than a small macaroon. It also lent too heavily on the sweet side. We were hungry, so we ended up ordering a club sandwich, which was average.
They did bring two beautiful birthday cupcakes which was a nice touch. And you could order as many drinks as you liked, which was great.

While the hotel overall is beautiful, an amazing staff and in a peaceful location…it is atrocious how they add additional charges for almost *everything*. $50-$100 just to do a group yoga and Muay Thai boxing is unacceptable. This would normally be complimentary at other resorts, I am fine paying for a private class but a group class in Thailand?? This is not a world renowned yoga retreat and we are already paying so much just to stay here. Even asking for a microwave to warm something up was a $10 charge??
It is also 30-50 minutes from the city and everything else that is more reasonable costs for food or other amenities. I have to say, I do not recommend staying out here so far from everything unless you don’t mind overpaying for everything. There are several
other beautiful resorts.

The best hotel experience you will ever get, the staff is extremely attentive. They take care of your every need and make you feel very good and comfortable during your stay. If you leave the room for even 1 hour you will come back to clean and tidy room.
I forgot my wallet there and traveled to bangkok, they sent it to me and coordinated with my hotel in bangkok without having me even make one phone call. The wallet was with me the next day.
If there was ever a hotel to recommend, it's this one.

For my first time came to this place. Amazing location and fantastic hospitality from the staffs. Every single person there are so friendly. Booked pool villa. Very quiet and privacy. Location far from busy town. Arrangement for special dinner was marvellous!
