This is a family-run hotel, and the owners are incredibly kind! The room was very spacious, and it was super quiet at night. The overall environment was beautiful and tidy, you can tell the owners put a lot of effort into decorating and maintaining it!

It’s a bit far from the main rawaii road, but I enjoyed my stay here! The service was 10/10! I tried to tip the staff for helping me with my suitcases but they wouldn’t even accept it, so kind and helpful.

Perfect if you want chill and welcoming vibe. Staying here is really comfortable. I would come here with friends or family as well. View to the pool, very nice garden around and lots of plants . Within 1km there are good restaurants and coworking spaces. The owners are super helpful and good energy people. Renting a scooter was a good idea.

Beautiful place with lots of green and nice pool. The only complaint I have is room is infested with mosquitos, I suspect during room servicing, the door was opened. We killed 12 to 15 mosquitoes just the day when we checked into the room. For the price we paid, shouldn't expect much or complain. Decent, I would say. Room not very clean, some black stains on walls, but at least the bedsheet is clean...

According to the location, the hotel was supposed to be quiet, there were no nearby roads. But at night, from 3 in the morning, roosters begin to crow, cats fight and meow loudly, and dogs also begin to bray. Well, if you're a heavy sleeper, this won't hurt you. Definitely top for your money! If you're being picky, you can say that in the mornings you can barely hear the roosters crowing, but we even liked it. Clean, TV works, beautiful area with a swimming pool! Cozy and comfortable!!!

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon recently. The room was very decent, nice comfy bed and had a cute balcony. The pool is excellent, clean and the water temperature was perfect. The water system wasn’t so great, the water kept going from hot to cold suddenly and sometimes wouldn’t work at all, but then again I know the plumbing system in Thailand isn’t great, so we let it slide. It’s a great place but you need to get the car ready first as most of the drivers just refuse to go up ⬆️! But yeah once you reach, you get an amazing view and can relax

Fabulously ! Stayed here for 6 weeks while waiting for my long term lease elsewhere to begin. Perfectly restful and the perfect place to unwind. Great pool, great breakfast and coffee. Authentic Thai restaurants and a BAKERY just across the street. Superb staff and landscaping; like living in a manicured jungle. Kid and pet friendly!

Awesome boutique hotel with very good service and well managed. Great resort that is starting up again after maintenance. It is not in a busy hysterical place which allows you to relax well. The owners and manager made us feel very welcome and we were well looked after. Tips for restaurants, rent a scooter, taxi to the next location and the laundry was arranged for us quickly and very well. Definitely recommended!

This is simply the most peaceful spot in Phuket. A morning walk along the beach, past boat builders, fishermen and flocks of egrets, is a great start to the day. This place is special and magical. A slice of Thai life that isn't just pumping music and crowds.

Very comfortable spacious rooms, however when we arrived our room was full and I mean full of mosquitos. The pool is small but very clean and cool. The beach area in front of the hotel is disgusting. we come here when the alarm sounds in our heads "we urgently need truffle pizza". of course, the ingredients are natural, and you feel the taste of Italian life in it... the staff and owner are very friendly here. You can also buy homemade pasta to cook at home. they also have a cat who sometimes allows you to sit with him at the table😀

The villa has three rooms, each with its own bathroom. Daily cleaning and six bottles of water are provided. They even made swan-shaped towels for Valentine's Day, a thoughtful touch. There were quite a few problems with the room I stayed in this year: the electricity was faulty, the water pump was noisy and had issues. They refunded me for two nights out of the nine-day stay, but overall, it wasn't as good as VIP Kids. Now, Lavie Central Villa is first, West VIP Kids is second, and this private villa is third.

I stayed here with several friends for three nights. The only drawback was the distance from Patong Beach and Old Town. Other than that, there were no other issues. When I didn't know how to lock the door, someone came right away to help me, and the housekeeper cleaned every day. Bottled water was replenished every day. I was very satisfied with the service.

The place is so calm and amazing, private, safe, calm, but it's a bit far away from some attractions, you get 2 bicycles for a Villa, but you could hardly have them if the property is full booked or at high occupancy, however, Overall the Villas are a very calm place to stay

The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up.
