Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy your holidays

It was pretty good, my kids loved playing in the water. The water facilities were excellent. The location was also quite good. During the Spring Festival, they even decorated with Chinese elements. I feel like Chinese tour groups would also visit, making it very suitable for family trips.

Overall, I liked the hotel; it's not my first time staying there. Huge thanks to the Kanun Duty Manager for promptly resolving my issues! A polite and very pleasant employee!

The location is very convenient; you can basically walk out to find food or go to 7-Eleven. The breakfast was also good, and the environment was very tranquil. Swimming was easy and convenient. My family loved it, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool.

The hotel has a beach front, but the beach is not suitable for swimming. The location feels a bit isolated and far from shops and restaurants. The room could have been cleaner, as there was hair on the floor. On a positive note, the views around in the hotel are nice.

For me, this hotel is worthy of a 5-star rating. The service is excellent, and it's very convenient for trips and getting around because you can book transportation through the hotel. Located in the south, it's over an hour's drive from the airport if there's no traffic. Breakfast was decent, and it's a good spot to spend some time with young friends.

We arrived after long trip, in the late evening. First room 1001 - air condition did not work correctly. They tried to fixed. No hot water. We changed the room to 1003 - no hot water in the shower. This place is just a few minute walk to Rawai Beach, lots of shopping and restaurants. It is gated with security and generally quiet. There are sometimes parties and music, but it’s not too disturbing. We definitely recommend staying here if you want your own private place central to all Rawai has to offer.

This is connected to shops and some restaurants but there is no night life walkable and the beach is very close but not accessible you have to ‘go round’. The hotel has no bar/alcohol for sale and the restaurant is more a cafe with basic options and it closes 4pm, no dinner service. The staff are extremely friendly and it is very clean and lovely sea views from 3rd floor.

Convenient place to stay in Chalong with easy access to the pier, town and beaches. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet at night. The pool area is nice to relax and parking was always easy. GREAT PARKING! If you’re looking for decent rooms in a great area with plenty of parking for a good price, this is the place for you. We were there for Christmas/new years time so there was too much traffic. At other times I imagine it would be fine.

The residence has a nice pool and if you ride a Moto the beaches are just 15 minutes away.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and decided to return in 2025. The rooms are still just as spacious and clean. Housekeeping, bottled water, and fresh towels and linens are provided daily. The pool is clean. Nearby, there are cafes, a laundry service, 7/11, and massage parlors. You can also rent scooters directly from the hotel. It's a 5-15 minute ride to the beaches by transport.

Just an amazing place to stay. The stuff made it feel like home. Givan and Vivi were amazing to us, can’t thank them enough. The chef is incredible and the menu is so big and full of different cuisines and you can count on every meal to be delicious. Rooms are cleaned regularly, hot water good AC. We spend one week at Palm Garden Ressort while doing our SSI Open Water Diver Certificate with the Sea Bees Diving Phuket. The 3m deep pool is used for the training, but offers also everything to make the stay relaxing and playful while not on the boat or in the ocean. The Pancakes are highly recommended by my daughter and me for breakfast.

I booked it last minute and the guy woke up and gave me a room even though he didn’t have all the information. It’s a little bit awkward to get to, but it’s a spectacular property and the people are super nice.

The property is clean. The vibe is nice. But the electricity is a bit expensive.

There was a small episode in the middle. Overall it's not bad. It's a good choice for a family of 6 people who drive by themselves. It's very convenient to drive anywhere, and you can reach the downtown area in 10-20 minutes' drive. There are various elephant camps, ATVs, and jungle leaps on both sides of the road going up the mountain.

This place never disappoints. We have been coming to stay at this paradise of a resort regularly for nearly ten years.
