Pretty good. My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive.

Good hotel for a couple of nights. It’s a smaller hotel but all the amenities are fine. Gym is a little small but functional. Close to the beach and had a free shuttle bus service.

It was a perfect stay for my friend and I. Although we wished the shuttle could have more time slots to the beach but they also provide bikes. It was very easy to get to Nai Han beach (which had such huge waves). The staffs and services are very nice. Chill, peaceful foresty vibe!

However, we encountered an unfortunate incident that left us very disappointed. During housekeeping, our Starbucks mugs went missing. Totally loving this place which we stayed for 4nights. Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is relatively new with great amenities including a large lagoon and gym. The room is spacious and modern with great housekeeping. Not far from the hotel is Nai Harn beach and there are many shops on the main street which makes it highly accessible and convenient especially if you are riding.

I love this area, this condo is in the middle of the forest through which you can easily get to the beach by 10-15 mins walk. Its rooftop swimming pool with great view and chill water also quite rare to find in condos. Cleaning is good and regular, friendly staff. We just completed our sandbox here and highly recommend. The manager and staff at this hotel are exceptional - so friendly and organised. We stayed in a two bed pool villa which was very spacious, high quality and well equipped. Walking distance to the lake, beach and lots of restaurants.

The hotel consists of individual villas, each with 4 rooms. You can rent an entire villa or individual rooms. Every villa has its own pool. All amenities are conveniently located nearby. We originally booked for three days but extended our stay to ten because everything was perfect.

I had such a great stay here! The room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool view was absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing. The hotel is close to Nai Harn Beach, but you still have to walk along the lake. It has its own mini kitchen on the balcony. We liked that there was a microwave, and we heated up our own dumplings from a seven-inch microwave. There are many windows, which makes the room very light.

Five-star review! The room layout, the sea view, and the overall service of the entire hotel were all impressive. It's perfect for just staying at the hotel and relaxing. The only downside is that it's a 40-minute drive to town. For a hotel that's been around for a while, especially a beachfront one, it's truly remarkable how well they maintain and update it.

They even upgraded my room! Check-in was super smooth and everything was on point. The beach is right downstairs 🏖️ and you can grab free towels from the concierge, plus use the hotel's umbrellas and chairs. You can also borrow a paddleboard to hit the water. They even offer different fitness classes daily, perfect for a morning workout.

Amazing stay at the Tropical sands. Billy and his wife are such a friendly couple who make you feel right at home. They even booked a local restaurant for us which was superb. Would highly recommend this place. Also got the coldest beer in town!
