Location is perfect just a minute walk from 7/11 and there’s a laundry room with a dryer just across the building, rooms are clean and quiet. Villa was nice and clean, the pool is small but deep enough, staff are friendly. They have a menu for breakfast so you can choose from it, breakfast to be delivered to your villa in a food basket they don't have a restaurant for villas residents

we loved everything about the villa. The rooms are clean, big, good bed, great great bathrooms. the pool is awesome, so is the deck and lounge chairs etc. location is good too, very quiet yet close (10 minute drive to NaiHarn) to the beaches on the southern (and nicer) half of Phuket island. They have a kitchen, that’s not fully equipped tho, so if you want to cook, you gotta get seasonings etc....

It's a quiet complex near Rawai Beach. However, you'll need a scooter to get around. The bungalows are spacious and include a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and large refrigerator. There's also an electric cooktop, pans, and a toaster. Dishes are provided. The bathroom is missing some hooks. There's a towel rack and a basket for storing your belongings. Unfortunately, there's no clothesline...

This bungalow in Rawai, Phuket, was quiet and relaxing, with a calming atmosphere. The reason I recommend it is because of its convenient access. Several buses stop less than a minute away, making it extremely easy to access the airport, Old Town, Nai Harn Beach, Rawai Beach, and more. There were quite a few problems with the room I stayed in this year: the electricity was faulty, the water pump was noisy and had issues. They refunded me for two nights out of the nine-day stay, but overall, it wasn't as good as VIP Kids. Now, Lavie Central Villa is first, West VIP Kids is second, and this private villa is third.

I stayed here with several friends for three nights. The only drawback was the distance from Patong Beach and Old Town. Other than that, there were no other issues. When I didn't know how to lock the door, someone came right away to help me, and the housekeeper cleaned every day. Bottled water was replenished every day. I was very satisfied with the service.

The place is so calm and amazing, private, safe, calm, but it's a bit far away from some attractions, you get 2 bicycles for a Villa, but you could hardly have them if the property is full booked or at high occupancy, however, Overall the Villas are a very calm place to stay

The hotel environment is quite good. It's much better if adults rent a motorcycle to get around. The hotel's location is a bit remote. There are many beautiful swimming pools. The hotel is quite a distance from the main beaches. It looks much nicer in the photos. For breakfast, you have to walk about 400 meters to a bar. It's a à la carte breakfast, not a buffet, but it's tasty. On the plus side, there's a large pool, and the rooms and balconies are spacious, with enough room to sunbathe on the balcony. This hotel probably isn't suitable for very demanding guests.

The hotel is perfect for people who travel by car or bike. You can quickly get to Makro, 7/11 is within walking distance. It takes 15 minutes to get to Kata and Karon. Yanui and Naiharn are close. Hello everyone! I really don't understand all the rave reviews for this villa. The only positives are the shuttle service to Nai Harn Beach and the frequent towel changes. That's it. We stayed for one week. In all the rooms, the floors were incredibly greasy and impossible to clean. They were sticky, and even though we asked for them to be cleaned, they just ran one wet mop over the entire house...

First time reviewing! This hotel had terrible service and outdated facilities. The door lock was broken, the hairdryer didn't work, and the toilet was dirty. I could've overlooked all of that, but they didn't inform us that the shuttle to the beach required a reservation. When we told the butler about the broken items, they weren't replaced promptly, and our questions in the WeChat group went unanswered...

The accommodation was great! The room was good, clean, and well-maintained. It was very convenient and perfect for a stay with friends.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to a nearby convenience store, which is super convenient for shopping, especially for friends traveling together. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the pool is very clean. All the facilities are well-equipped. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, so renting a car is the most convenient option if you need to travel around.

The villa is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. It's a bit far from shops, cafes, and such, but since we had a car, it wasn't a problem for us.
