The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the air conditioning was promptly fixed when it broke down in the middle of the night. The room we were given faced the beach directly, and the breakfast was superb. My whole family was very happy with our stay.

The bungalow we booked was more like an interior courtyard, not the resort setting I had expected. Super satisfied! Everything was fantastic except for the big slope at the entrance. They have a pool where you can sunbathe. It's a shame I only had 4 days in Phuket; I wish I could've stayed longer. And the sea view was absolutely amazing!

We expected more from this hotel. Our room wasn't comfortable, and the sounds of passing traffic were extremely noisy at night. There were insects in the bed linens, and the room was damp. I'd like to mention the good breakfasts and convenient enclosed parking for bikes and cars. The panoramic view was also a delight.

Sugar Palms is a beautiful hotel. A quick 5 min walk to the beach which is amazing!!! The pools are wonderful with different bed/chair options. Breakfast has an assortment of different options. One thing to note the last block to the hotel is up a steep hill so not easily accessible for people with mobility issues.

Nice clean hotel, great location, great breakfast. Only negative and it’s a negative to take into account if you have any mobility concerns is the fact that the hotel is built on a hill. We were right up the top which required a mountain climb every time we had to go to the room. On the plus side the view was great from the top.

The environment and location are both pretty good, very close to Kata town which makes dining convenient. The service is also nice. The hotel breakfast, however, caters more to Western tastes.

We spend 4 nights including New Year Eve. The room was good, but I'd like to highlight the staff. They were very helpful any time we had a request. 👍Pros • in the room: nice view, big fridge, air conditioner, wonderful view (6th floor), towels for shower & for beach. • at the hotel: spa, pool, possibly to have second key (with deposit 200 BTH), helpful staff, PC at the reception in case you need one...

Pool Access Room The location is convenient, but our stay had several inconveniences. The slope up to the rooms is extremely steep, so we relied on the buggy service (5–10 mins wait each time). At check-in, our 16-year-old was charged as an extra adult despite being declared during booking, which was disappointing. The pool access room was nice, but the pool itself is very small—more for dipping...

The first room assigned to us had a very strong and strange smell. It was unbearable — like a strong chemical smell after renovation, very irritating. The staff said they would use an air circulation machine and that it would take about four hours. We could not stay in the room during that time. However, when we returned, the smell was still there. They then offered us another room, and we appreciate...

Great location, and it's pretty quiet at night. The night market and beach are conveniently close. However, there was a moldy smell in the room. The pool was nice, but breakfast was just okay.

Located on Kata Beach Second Road, it's a bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel service is excellent, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and the ground-floor rooms have direct pool access! It's also not far to walk to the Cliff Cafe!

In room was not mirror. Only a face mirror in bathroom. Balcony was really small and thin. Bed was super hard and when you change position it kept voice. Breakfast was good and location too. Three star hotel.

We had a very pleasent vacation in Wekata Luxury. Thanks to the receptionists for everything. Very kinde employes.
