We were very pleased with our stay here. The location is super convenient, close to the Russian market and the bus station, and you can easily walk to Jomtien Beach. The condo is right on a main road where tuk-tuks (shared taxis) run from one end of the city to the other. There's also a 7/11 right nearby.

The condo complex has a beautifully maintained, green area designed in a 'Pirates of the Caribbean' theme, complete with pools, pirate ships, and water slides. All residents, regardless of which building they're in, get free access to a gym with a steam room and hammam, as well as a kids' play area, both located on the 4th floor of the central building. We stayed here for nearly two months, and after looking at other condos and areas for our next visit, my husband and I both agreed that this is the perfect location in every aspect. We'll definitely try to book accommodation here again next time.

During our stay, we experienced living in both the central building on the 26th floor with a sea view, and in building B on the ground floor with direct pool access. We honestly didn't find any downsides. The apartments themselves are well-furnished; ours had a living room combined with a kitchen, which led out to a balcony, plus a separate bedroom. The apartment was equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils (hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, stove, iron, etc.). All linens, bathroom, and kitchen towels were provided.

Our hostess was a lovely lady; she even refused to take money from me for a broken glass (which I offered to pay for!).

Great location. The room was exactly as pictured. We had a pool view. The hotel is very clean. The room had plenty of dishes, a toaster, rice cooker, microwave, and the stove worked well. There was also a good supply of shampoo and cleaning products. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

We stayed from September 16th to 30th, 2025. Contactless check-in went smoothly. Nice apartment, great view from the 17th floor. All appliances work perfectly. The location is convenient – ​​you can walk to the night market on Pratumnak, and you can also walk to the market on Jomtien if you want, but it's better to take a tuk-tuk, which stops right outside the condo. You can get anywhere, but if it's far, you'll need to change trains or take a taxi. Fortunately, taxis are easy to call through InDrive. The only problem is the cockroaches. We almost always returned when it was dark and had to kill several, especially on the first day. Then, when we left, we'd leave the lights on, and usually we were greeted by one or two little red-haired creatures, or none at all. Otherwise, everything is great: there's a nice pool downstairs, a small gym on the 4th floor, a sauna, showers, and even a reading room.

We liked everything very much, tuki nearby, Russian market 5 minutes on foot, 200 meters to the train station to the airport.

We went with 3 people and had a very comfortable stay. It was clean and very nice.

I lived alone with two children aged 7 and 10. The apartment was on the first floor on the parking side, the pool under the balcony is good, but there is never any sun there and so there is no desire to swim, the water is icy, the water in the common pool is also very cold, it has no time to warm up and in general there is not much sun, because the houses partially close it and the slides are broken with stitches, from which the children end up with bruises. The children play for a while and run to the room for a hot shower with blue lips. The audibility on the first floor is also strong, the entrance doors have cracks, there are always bikes under the window, the cleaners rattle in the morning, it is impossible to sleep without earplugs. In general, for this money you can look for more comfortable options, but maybe for 3-4 thousand rubles it will be quite good. The apartment itself is small, but it turned out to be quite good, at first they put us on the 6th floor, it was not cozy there and the sofa did not fold out, but they moved us to the first floor and there it was already newer and more cozy, although all the apartments in the condo are furnished the same, only somewhere the equipment is newer or what was changed due to old age or breakdown. The children themselves ran to the playroom and generally walked around the territory, everything is safe, the security keeps an eye on the children.
