Even Reception staff is not trained enough to have a friendly checking
After two nights, I decided to try the more premium rooms on the 9th and 10th floors and I have to say that the free lounge and more equipment there were not worth the 30% higher price!
What I enjoyed the most in this hotel was the swimming pool and the live music on Saturdays.
Breakfast was not a wow. It is easily in the 3-star class, which is disappointing for this price tag. Of course, the restaurant was big, but the content wasn't!
All in all, I experienced an average stay in this accommodation. I preferred the less expensive price tag, as the neighbors are offering more amenities at lower prices.
Hotel facilities & Activity is good.
I believe that, in situations like this, a hotel of Hard Rock's stature and reputation should choose to temporarily close or guarantee completely noise-free areas for its guests, rather than compromise the quality of the stay for those who have trusted its brand.
