Location: on the seafront, 20 km from the center of Pattaya, about 150 km from the airport, South Pattaya, Jomtien beach.

Consists of one 1-storey pavilion and twenty-seven 1-2-storey villas.

Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 30 m from hotel, the first coastal line. Chairs, towels – free of charge.

This hotel is really great. The reality exceeded our expectations. The value for money is superb. The staff are polite and attentive, always ready to explain everything and help out.

The rooms are clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. They constantly treat for insects.

Breakfasts are good, with fresh fruit always available. The only downside is the location. There's nothing nearby. It's a 30-minute walk along the beach to the nearest cafes. Walking by road isn't an option. However, this is easily solved with a taxi, which is cheap there, using apps like Bolt or Grab.

Really nice resort away from the noise and lights of the city. It's the perfect resort if you are looking for calm and nature. The restaurant is a bit pricey but still fair. You can also find 2 or 3 restaurants along the beach. Or take a taxi for a 5 mn ride to the closest city.

The pool villa room type is excellent for families with children, offering superb privacy. The hotel grounds resemble a vast botanical garden, providing a fantastic environment. The main difference when compared to international five-star hotels lies in the front desk service, which still needs significant improvement.

The hotel is superb. This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and everything is perfect. They gave us an amazing room upgrade and it was definitely beyond our expectation. Thank you so much Sea Sand Sun. Also all the staffs are really amazing. Will definitely come back!

We stayed 4 nights, had an absolutely amazing time here. The room was fantastic, the restaurant was great, the private beach was very clean and not too busy.
The best part of all was the service. Every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. We were greeted by the nicest man named Jeet, he gave us his WhatsApp and helped with all things from recommendations to booking taxi’s. 10/10 will definitely come back if given the chance.

The location isn’t bad at all. A short 20-30min taxi from most of what pattaya has to offer.
