LK Emerald Beach Hotel in Pattaya

This hotel is incredibly dirty, it's hard to believe it's a five-diamond property. As soon as we checked in, we noticed large dirty stains everywhere. The pillows, sheets, and duvet covers were all covered in stains and blood. We asked the front desk to change them, but there was no apology or compensation whatsoever. It was past 9 PM local time when two housekeepers finally came with about six or seven sets of sheets and duvet covers. My husband immediately pointed out that all of them had obvious stains (even the last one we ended up using had stains, but we were so exhausted and the location was remote so we didn't dare to argue, so we just made do). The female staff at the front desk offered zero service and had an awful attitude. Plus, the hotel had so many mosquitoes. When we pulled back the bedding on the spot, it was all covered in unknown stains. The shower filter head we bought turned black as soon as we ran water through it. We only stayed one night and fled, we absolutely couldn't bear to stay a second night. And they directly deducted the room fee from us, which is completely inhumane. Chinese friends, if you see this, definitely avoid this place!
