During check-in, I observed staff handling guest issues with poor communication skills and lacking empathy—inappropriate for a 5-star hotel.
These problems were widespread. Food and beverage staff worked mechanically without welcoming demeanor, using abrupt language like simply saying "Name" when requesting signatures.
Spilled food in the elevator remained unattended for hours until I reported it.
Poolside restaurant menus had a musty odor from improper cleaning.
Breakfast quality was extremely poor for the price point. Sausages contained mostly filler, boiled eggs were difficult to peel, and dishes were overly salty.
Despite the beachfront location, the restaurant used frozen shrimp with mushy texture instead of fresh seafood. Nearby local restaurants offered superior quality.
At checkout, staff failed to manage the queue system properly and took no corrective action when addressed.
In conclusion, while facilities were impressive, service was severely lacking. This experience deterred me from subscribing to Accor Plus.

I was arranging the wedding across the country but you made me feel super comfortable and confident with your fast reply and best problems solving skills. The hotel staff showed us more than great service and care. And the beautiful location made it extra magnificent. Showing us great value and wonderful hotel culture.

Everything else was great! The breakfast had many choices and was very good. The pool was stunning with lots of activities, and the beach was quiet and relaxing. The suite room type offers the best view. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and I especially loved the jacuzzi. We had a wonderful time here, though it was entirely from the place itself, not because of the staff.
