Excellent location to conferences and I use for trips to Bangkok to renew visas at Immigration Dist 2
1 offices. Always busy but efficient. Early arrivals get parking which fills up early. Lots of food choices and very good conference facilities. Excellent prices. Making reservations medium difficulty. Reserve early. Friendly efficient staff.

i had conference near by so i had to book this hotel. everything is ok, but not for tourist, it's the government complex center, hard to find 7-11, you had to walk through 2-3 buildings, once you were there, a lot of food. Open only for Government office hour around 08.00-17.00, after that i had no idea. compare to my conference location it's the nearest hotel, but i feel a bit expensive and no BF.

Good place to stay if you come for business issues. Large rooms, clean and comfortable. Very attentive staff at the reception, politely answered our questions and helped to print and copy the documents we needed. Good parking if you are traveling by car. Near the main immigration office in Bangkok (literally “next door”). Recommended!

I checked in at this hotel around 8 PM on October 16th with my wife and two children. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed a complete lack of hospitality. I greeted the front desk staff with a friendly "hello," but she simply stared at me and said, "passport." Throughout the entire check-in process, she didn’t say another word—no welcome, no explanation, nothing. She eventually handed me the room key without a single smile or courtesy.

The following day, I needed to take the hotel shuttle to the government complex. Unfortunately, the driver displayed the same indifferent attitude—no greeting, no assistance, just silence. As I was leaving the Van, I said "thank you" but the driver did not even look at me.

It’s clear that this hotel does not prioritize customer service or train its staff to treat guests with basic respect. Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location for early appointment to local buildings. Rooms are very spacious, and free upgrade to junior suite on arrival, which was a pleasant surprise 😁

Convenient for visa extension as directly connected to Government complex (Immigration) under one roof. Front desk, housekeeping efficient and friendly. Parking guard Gf was the opposite. Told us to turn inside the building though we have informed him we booked into the hotel and made us going around for the first 2 floors only to find out all parking lots have been permanently blocked off. Upon our distressed final approach, we were told to go to 4f where bridged directly to the hotel building. Otherwise, could have been a comfortable stay.
