Low-key place with clean rooms, but that’s about it. Staff are unfriendly and inconsistent—approved late checkout until 13:00, then wanted to charge 100 baht at checkout. At 12:58, reception was already calling and housekeeping knocking, which was irritating. Fine if you only care about price and cleanliness, but don’t expect any real customer service. Wifi was bad. Would not stay again.

Nice hotel ,big rooms and clean.
Small pool and gym on the roof. Far from the city centre , you need taxi or bolt , or take the train, there is a shuttle service to the train, but only at certain times.
Otherwise walk for 10-15 minutes....
There's a big open mall near by with restaurants, supermarket,shops, cinemas ect ..

I enjoyed my staying. Its super peaceful inside. No noise from cars or pollution whatsoever. The sun outside doesn’t even make it warm in the bedroom that’s such a detail. Most of the stores in the area or other reachable locations are around the corner. Air-condition is super cold . I suggest a car o bike if you staying here. Staff super friendly 💙

Excellent stay at Northgate. Conveniently located near the skytrain and only a few stops from the metro. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a good breakfast.

Staff are amazing ,superb breakfast and large rooms. Free tuk tuk shuttle to BTS station. Plenty of food and bars locally. Good WiFi , older TVs are the only downside.
Pool and gym in the roof are lovely.
