Hotel was great staff fantastic location a little bit out of the city but grab and bolt so cheap not a issue
Hotel pool is great
Only one issue was the bed mattress was so hard and lumpy did report but nothing done
Otherwise it's a great place

Marketing did a great job on advertising the hotel. Photos looked really super clean and neat for the rooms as well as the gym.
First the room in itself, my partner had to take out lots of hair stuck in the bathtub drain. Bedsheets and pillow cases had a couple of orange brownish stains there and there.
Cracks on the walls and ceiling, floor should get renovated.
Service was okay though, friendly and kind.
Gym was very very rusty and felt like back in the 70's
Nothing at all to see or to walk to from the location.

The hotel was largely occupied by Indian guests. The breakfast room doors and elevator doors were completely covered in grease stains left over from their meals. The rooms in the old building are numerous but very dated, and we even found cockroaches. The new building has fewer rooms. There's no subway or BTS nearby, so you're entirely reliant on taxis to get around, which is very inconvenient.

Excellent! All the staff were wonderful, attentive, and lovely. The service was great, and it truly made me want to come back and stay here again.

Gold Orchid was great! We enjoyed our stay and brought us good memories.

First, the receptionist was friendly and accomodating. She adhered to our requests quickly and gave us a great room. Kudos to her!

Next, the superior suit was very comfortable. It was spacious. We just regret not having disposable slippers but that's just a minor issue. The TV was wide and were able to plug our laptop and ninswitch for extra entertainment. In addition, the view was great from our room.

Then, the breakfast was okay. I liked my coffee. My partner enjoyed his cereal. If I may suggest, offer more pork or beef options for variety.

Lastly, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. It was awesome and worth the time.

This is my second time staying here. The room I received this time was quite different from my first visit. It's smaller, and the bathroom is very cramped. The room itself felt tiny, and the lighting was extremely dim. There were also very few power outlets by the bed, and one side wasn't even working. My first stay here was definitely a better experience.

This hotel is a bit far aeay from downtown, no BTS statiom nearby. A 7-11 convenient store is at a small lane behind of this hotel around 400 meters ways.
Hotel decoration and room is a bit old, restaurant of brwakfast is at another bulding beside this hotel.Generally speaking, everything of this hotel is so so.
