Fine for the money for a few hours stay

The room was sprayed with too much perfume and it smelled bad.

I was indeed woken up in the morning by the noise from the parking garage on the first floor. The exhaust of a car was very loud. The room was so big.

Convenient to the airport and a great value. The A/C coils froze resulting in a complete absence of cold airflow. I took it upon myself to clean the filters that were almost completely clogged by dust. Following the simple cleanup of the screens, the AC was back in business. Location was nice having close access to the highway, but far enough not to hear any traffic. Nice restaurant right down the near, with a family mart near by. 10 minute drive to mega bang na. Main reason I stayed the night. Rooms very nice, no issues except no mini fridge.

Everything was good! But no smart tv and no phone to talk with reception. Bathroom sink very small you cant put your things on top of it.

I've stayed for 6 nights. Must have to say that the gym is excellent. Probably the best gym in hotel I've ever seen. Room is clean. Staffs are nice. Only problem is far from town. But with this prices is totally considerable.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed it. It’s very beautiful, super peaceful and quiet and the staff are lovely. The gym is massive, bigger than some actual gyms and the place is very well maintained and clean. Very secure and locked up at night with big gates. It’s not in a super busy area but there is plenty or places to ear and buy supplies near by!

I don't know what people expect for a budget price! I paid $38 AU . Staff were polite, housekeeping lovely. Had a bed , shower and I've certainly stayed in worse. Pool could do with a clean and the air-conditioning was noisy. But it is what it is. I think the locals work hard and do their best for patrons. If you want a 5 star experience, stay at a 5 star hotel. On a budget, then give it a go!!

Stayed in a room that wasnt renovated. Everything was ok. Clean bed, hot water. Only complaint is the free breakfeast wasnt up to my liking, but it was free. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The room itself isn't bad. Clean, spacious and good value for what you pay. However, the bathrooms are in really bad condition and poorly built. Showering gets the entire floor and toilet wet. It's rusty and the drains were clogged. The toilet paper holder is miles away from the toilet. A lot of it didn't make sense. Anyway, that aside, I would give the place a higher score.

The first time we visited we found nice clean rooms well furnished at a good price. However, the last time we visited we encountered mold to which I am allergic so we had to move to another place without refund. Resident staff are very friendly but don't have much English. Lovely local Thai neighborhood, pool was small but nice, apartment was basic but nice, local shopping centre is great.

Nice hotel, clean cute rooms with small balconies, very good value if you are looking to stay in this area. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was great hospitality and very convenient especially getting to BITEC for HYROX event. Staff are great and nice.. the accessibility to the hotel is awesome. Cleanliness is tip top and I would personally recommend this place and will revisit this place again 😃

The hotel was quite clean. However the sink did not drain and the area smelt a lot of chlorine. The bathroom layout was quite bad and the door was too big..so its hard to open the door to enter and exit the bathroom. Its a convenient stay for the airport but not very simple.

The bed is very hard 🥲 I couldn't sleep at all. There is no charging plug next to the bed. Overall, it's okay, not too bad.

There is no hair dryer. The refrigerator must be plugged in itself. But the air conditioner and refrigerator are cold. Very cool. The shower water flows gently. But the sink water flowed very strong.

The room is close to 7-Eleven and places to eat, very convenient. There is a win in front of the room. But at first I got a room with a very loud air conditioner, so loud it gave me a headache, so I asked to change rooms. The staff speaks well. The secret room is old because it has been many years ago. The shower hose in the room was leaking, causing the water to flow quite slowly when taking a shower

I forgot about 12k THB in the room after checked out and the hotel contacted me by email about the money. Sooo Impressed with honesty and service. The receptiontists are friendly and super helpful. Location is convenient. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Will defo go back there again.

One of the best place to stay in Bangkok especially the situation if you work outside of Bangkok. The location is really good for take high way to wherever. Not busy area and it's very quiet. I have been staying here in Tepp for 2 years with my family. Wonderful place, especially for those whose children study in Bangkok Patana school... It is walkable with shuttle car also. Extra: - Acoustic piano (I already get it tuned and my sons enjoy playing there) - Meeting room - Roof top is enough to enjoy sunrise, sunset.

I went to check if we can rent for a year. The room I was shown was the 38sq.m. It's good for single person but not for family. The receptionist was very accommodating to show me around, though.👍👍👍

Very Affordable and they are friendly and accommodating, although my Check-In time is 2pm but they allowed to Check-In at 10am 😊 can’t wait to go again in Thailand 🇹🇭 and stay here again. Room was very clean and the staff were helpful and nice to talk to. Coffee and hot water in the lobby was nice as well as an outside area with tables and chairs. Room was immaculate and fresh bottles of water were provided each day. No complaints from my stay.
