NOT for first time visitors to Bangkok. 45 min BTS ride to center of tourist area and mbk Mall. 30 min taxi ride to Bangkok airport. Currency exchange is at on nut bts, 10 min BTS+ scooter ride.

Stayed 3.5 weeks, August 2025.
$22-25 per night via CC portal.

Near BTS Udom suk
3-5 minute scooter ride from station or 20 min walk from BTS.

Rooms are old but spacious. Amenities are below average, although gym is okay to get some reps in.

Internet is better than most but still slower than USA Internet.

My room AC is either on or off, temperature adjustment was broken.

Lobby has Buddha shrine with incense, too strong, made me cough.

Has okay restaurant and lobby.
Beds are okay, not hard, not soft.

Staff is friendly and so helpful. From counter to house keeping.
I would stay again simply because of the staff.

A market near by. 7/11 every where.

Gym is next door and you need a pass.

The hotel was very old and dirty and also I don’t like the atmosphere in there. The smell was very bad and the staff at the front desk took so long to check in and check out and not friendly. They show their hotel pictures on Agoda is very fine and clean so I book it and then surprisingly the room conditions were bad. I totally didn’t satisfy with the expectations.

Safe place Good room's and services,
Strictly following roles there I checked out just one hour late check out time is 12 AM I was sleeping I checked out at 1:00 o'clock ,
Thay change for half day .
Everything is paid hare only water bottle 2 bottles a day 400 ml water in each bottle

The Staff in the front desk are nice. Other that, the hotel itself is horrible. I ended up having to stay allmost 2 months because my friend lost his passport the first day he arrived after checking in, so he could not change hotels.... so I ended up stuck there for 2 months. The head cleaner is EXTREMLY unprofessional as he had been taking pictures of my grinder. ( I have a medical marihuana card, i am allowed to keep and smoke weed ) this rude bustard tried to lie to the reception that I had been smoking inside, when infact it was just the kg of weed I had i my room that smelled abit. Furthermore, they made me pay 250 for a coffee mug I didn't even break.
Rooms are dirty, pool is dirty, gym is dirty, elevator barely working (jumps and frequently stops)
Please, never go here! There so SO many better (and cheaper) hotels in Area's like Samut Prakan and Udom Suk that you wouldn't believe it. My condo now is 8000 baht per month. At THE GRAND RICHMOND!!! 10/10. I was lucky enough to meet a rich girl and she helped me get a goos price but still. 1 MONTH IN THAILAND WITH CLEAN ENVIROMENT SHOULD NOT COST YOU MORE THAN 15 000.talk to hotels and condominiums for monthly rental is so much better. Good luck, fellow travelers ❤️

I don't know what people expect for a budget price! I paid $38 AU .
Staff were polite, housekeeping lovely.
Had a bed , shower and I've certainly stayed in worse. Pool could do with a clean and the air-conditioning was noisy. But it is what it is. I think the locals work hard and do their best for patrons. If you want a 5 star experience, stay at a 5 star hotel. On a budget, then give it a go!!

Stayed in a room that wasnt renovated. Everything was ok. Clean bed, hot water. Only complaint is the free breakfeast wasnt up to my liking, but it was free. Staff was very polite and helpful.
