Horrible Guesthouse. Avoid at all costs. No cleaning, no wifi in room, TV not working. Bugs everywhere. Old, dirty and everything is half broken. Not worth more than 25 USD a night. They overcharge customers for the service provided. I do not recommend this place at all. Stayed 4 nights paid 200 usd. Thats 50 usd a night, crazy for 0 service and 0 ammenities. If you are a tight budget traveller family and dont mind cleanliness and services, this is your place. Only good thing is the beach across the street. Thats it. They need to lower prices or get to work on renovations and deep cleaning of place. Sorry guys..

It was unfortunately the worst place we ever stayed at..
WiFi is broken - doesn’t work completely, AC remote broken, no hair dryer, no soap of any kind. The room we stayed at has alarming amount of mold everywhere, starting with walls, tiles, curtain and even pillows have some mold stains. Cleaner should definitely clean the bathroom better before letting anyone in. To add up, ants are everywhere.
All of this for almost 40 euro a night, way too overpriced. If I paid 10, maybe I wouldn’t complain.
It’s a pity because the location is great, right by the beautiful beach but after a day out you are afraid to go back to the room…

A great choice for Travellers and low budget tourists
Liked · - The staff was adorable, helpful and hardworking (they attend the restaurant as well as the rooms).
- The location was perfect, near the shops,restaurants, a few meters away from the beach.
- The Air conditioner and refrigerator worked perfectly.
- During the night you can sleep really well despite been in a crowded street (be aware that a 7/11 will be opened shortly next to the hotel).
- The food was delicious, a real "thai food" experience.
Disliked · There are some small details to be improved;
- The bathroom door needed to be fixed, not big deal anyway.
- Towels a bit stained.
- Cleanliness in general could be better.
- Wifi is a bit slow.
- An extra and bigger dust bin would have been helpful.

this is no fancy place but what would you expect ? if you are a budget traveller, it delivers what you need - beach is just across the street, shops and services are a short walk, ridiculously cheap and perfectly tasty restaurant is on the reception. rooms are basic but comfortable and have everything you need. reception speaks good english. its not for eveyone - the cleaning was not very thorough, the architecture of the house is somewhat bizarre, the floor is slippery during rain, the area around the house is not very attractive, there is no place for relaxation or fun. if you can cut through this, the price beats it all.

We had a great stay overall! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. One of the biggest highlights was the manager, she was an angel, always available to help and genuinely doing everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.
We did have a small issue with water leaking from the roof, but she was very proactive, ensuring the roof was cleaned to prevent it from happening again. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, so we had to switch rooms. She kindly upgraded us for the last 2-3 nights, and the new room on the second floor was so much better, more spacious and filled with natural light! But there were nothing to put our clothes in or on. No wardrobe or desk
That being said, the cheaper rooms on the first floor are quite dark and don’t have much storage space, just three hangers on a curtain rod. Since we stayed for two weeks, we found it a bit inconvenient to keep all our belongings in our backpacks on the floor. This setup might be more suited for short-term stays or backpackers. VERY IMPORTANT The wifi didn't allow us to watch Netflix in the room and the TV was not working.. The Wifi was really weak.
On the bright side, the AC worked perfectly, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! We ate there many times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything we tried was amazing.
One thing to note: if you're booking through Agoda, the listing gives the option to choose between one or two beds, but there are only large single beds available, which were very comfortable!
Overall, despite some minor inconveniences, we really appreciated the hospitality and the effort the owner put into making sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend this place for its location, great food, and wonderful staff!

Allotjament amb tot el necessari per descansar a preu molt baix. Si busqueu un hotel de 5* no es el vostre lloc, però per nosaltres era ideal.
Wifi, aire acondicionat, tracte agradable i molt bon menjar a preus molt assequibles.
Des d’allà vam poder reservat excursions i taxis d’anada i tornada a l’aeroport.
Ben situat, a 2 min de la platja.

Family owned, intimate, and cozy deal. Moped rentals for 150 baht a day, barely $5usd a day. They are super helpful, will give you a map and what to check out in the island.

Simple, basic, clean and comfortable. Excellent beach across the main road. Food elsewhere.
