The reception staff was friendly and the hotel was well located.
I stayed in a six-bed dorm with other girls, and everything was fine, except for the shower, which was a bit cool.
The room had air conditioning, a fan, a refrigerator, a kettle, and lockers for valuables.
Be prepared for no elevator.

Not very good. I couldn't sit up straight on the bed. There was a strong sewer smell in the lobby on the first floor.

This hotel is my favorite place in Phuket. I originally planned to stay there for three days, but ended up staying two more days, making it a total of five. The location is excellent. You can get to the airport bus, the various beaches, or Phuket Town within a few hundred meters. It's a perfect location. The dormitories share a room with six people, which is very clean and quiet at night. The foreign roommates in the dormitory are all very friendly, especially the owner's cat. He is my favorite. On the first day, he followed me to my dormitory, and then he would look for me every day. Sometimes he would suddenly appear in my room😻 and even sleep with me on my bed💤 It was simply the best experience I've ever had.

The worst service I have ever received, I booked for me and 3 friends to stay here a month prior and the night before I arrived to spend new year’s eve here they cancelled my booking and when i rang just said they are full and there is nothing they can do. Then I spent the whole day trying to find somewhere else to stay as everything was booked up and over £1000. Ruined our day and cost us 10 times what we was planning to spend. Be wary before you book to stay here.

The lady from hotel is friendly and helpful we didn’t booked this hotel we were checking randomly and we found this hotel and we made a stay one night hotel was under our budget and according to price hotel is amazing I highly recommend if any body is looking budget hotel in Patong
