Baan To Guesthouse

The Baan To guesthouse was a great place to stay. Rooms, resturant, scooter rentals, and activity bookings all on site! Very walkable location to reach night markets, temples, and other food options. We rented a scooter while staying with them and we were given a very good scooter with no deposit required. We drove it 50km per day going to beaches and other nearby towns with no issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Yaya is mega helpful. Rooms very comfortable and good shower. Coffee and breakfast is also delicious and good price. Scooter hire is cheap and Yaya can arrange transfers to other islands easily too. Stayed twice there during my stay in Thailand.

It was really like home for us... simple clean rooms and washrooms , Will visit there again and again... i am missing my time I had in Ban To ..... Lots of Love from India ....

Im really glad i stayed here rather than ao nang or railey. The location is great near lots of really good food places and short walking distance to the numerous food markets. The songtheow bus stop is also close by so you can get to ao nang for 50baht within 30mins.

The owner is so friendly and really helpful and i would strongly reccomend booking all your tours through her.

The room was big and spacious and clean, great for the price. The only negative was the mattress was a bit broken and had springs sticking out so could do with replacing in that room, but everything else was perfect.

Yaya and her sister are great managers of this friendly, family owned hotel. Clean, great value, good location. I've stayed in many hotels in SE Asia and love to come back here. Avoid the tourist traps in Ao Nang and enjoy the real town of Krabi with it's lovely river walks, public art and great markets and restaurants. You can easily get to Railay, sea Kayaking, and other sites. Yaya will give you a fair price and great service.

The lady who ran the place was very kind and helpful. She spoke decent English which was nice. The room was clean and was a nice size. Typical Thai bed (meaning not very soft), but comfortable nonetheless. Close to the night market and the river but enough off the beaten path that it was quiet. If you're in the area to explore, but not necessarily party, this is a good place to stay.

If i could give more than 5 stars.. i would give 12!! The owner is EVERYTHING!! She helped us with booking an incredible tour for waaaaay less than the typical price. The rooms were clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The wifi also worked really well. She went far above and beyond too with helping us book our next location. Finding us cheap transportation and calling a friend to get us a reasonably priced place on an otherwise very expensive and booked out island. The only places we were able to find online in our price were tents... she got us our own bungalow!

Absolutely great place! It’s a lovely guest house, owner super nice and helpful, rooms clean, no air con but fan, very quite.
Super location, 2min walking to city center.
Rent bicycles and motor bikes directly at the house.
I would highly recommend a stay here :)

A very pleasant stay here on a 5 day pass through the area. The room was spacious and clean, we got the third floor so we were not affected by the morning noise. The food here is very good and worth much more than the asking price. They also helped us with tour selection and our transfer to Phuket as we moved to our next stop. Would stay again/10. **It's cheaper to book tours and transfer through the hotel than online or at the location!
