We stayed at Lanta Pearl Resort for 10 days. Overall a decent place with some clear highs and lows.
Front Office staff were great, friendly, helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish. Pool guys and bartenders were also solid, always in a good mood and doing their job well. Cleaning staff deserve a mention too, rooms were cleaned properly and consistently, no complaints there.
The restaurant was the weak point. The waitresses were rude and not great and over a 10 day stay we had many orders forgotten or mixed up. After a while it became a pattern rather than a one off, which gets frustrating when you’re staying that long.
Location is not the best. Yes it’s close to Long Beach, but unfortunately the worst part of it. You’re looking at about a 10 minute walk in either direction before you find shade and a decent beach restaurants worth sitting at.
Rooms were good, comfortable and functional, but don’t expect anything luxurious. They do the job, nothing more, nothing less.
Onsite massage was also underwhelming, plenty better options up the road.
Would I stay again? No. It’s a decent mid range option with great staff in some areas and clear room for improvement in others.

If you're looking for a hut in the jungle, this is your place. Property is Fantastic.
Great location on long beach. Gorgeous sunsets.
Jimmy, the bartender, will hook you up with a beer or a cocktail. Food on property is good. Located near several restaurants so you have your pick of them, as well.
Pool is small and loads of small kids so be prepared for that. We had a hut farther from the pool which was very nice and quiet.
Friendly staff.
Cost effective, on site laundry service, which is a huge plus in this heat and humidity.
Overall, highly recommend.

We enjoyed very much staying at Lanta Pearl Beach Resort. The bungalows were all placed in a jungle scenery, but it was free from animals etc a part from the the normal geckos that is everywhere. It was very clean, and every morning the cleaned the pathways, picked up leaves, as well as cleaning inside the bungalows. We had two close to each other and both were good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower was good. It was also a small porch to sit on outside the bungalow which was a good place to relax before going to sleep. Our bungalows also had one hammock each that the kids liked a lot.
The pool area was nice too, yet we spent most our time on the beach. The restaurant and food was good, the staff was quick and attentive, and always with a smile.
It is a small walking distance to the beach, but in essence I would still consider it close by. Along the beach there were several places to either have lunch or snack during daytime, and dinner by nighttime. Long Beach is a nice beach in general, and we could absolutely come back just because of the beach. That’s why we spent most of our time there.
It’s close to the main road where several restaurants and markets could be found, as well as taxis to Saladan. Outside of the resort it was also a parking place for several tuk-tuks so it was never a hard time to find a ride.

Look no further for your Ko lanta hotel! The rooms were very spacious and the location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a clinic. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good both for breakfast and dinner. I would absolutely stay here again! Very quiet, clean and relaxing

Very very friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Everyone introduced themselves with first names and a fist bump.
Thanks especially to Jimmy & JoJo at the bar, and Foon Foon at the pool for being so friendly.
Lovely hotel grounds. We visited during a rainy period and the room never really stopped being damp, but can't really be avoided with bungalows.

Bad amel in the room
Very bad smell in our room from the bathroom . Really really bad !!! Thais the sorar ever İ had in years . Otherwise , Close to the Beach , nice area , good price accommodation , clean . The owner is nice but cant speak English and she wont direct you to any reccomended restaurant or place .

Wonderful stay in our family bungalow!
The owners are amazing, kind, and anything you need they will accommodate you. The bungalows are very clean, always hot water, the beds are nice and comfy. The pool is wonderful ambiance serene. Approximately 50meters to a beautiful beach. Restaurant is good, pricing good. Loved the hammock!

Amazing family-run beach accommodation.
Little chalets, only 100m from the beach.
Unfortunately the rain was torrential during the stay, however staff were extremely helpful, the room was huge, allowing us to plan for the next few days/weeks.
Budget accommodation, so expected all sorts, however extremely good value for money. Would recommend for any couples travelling on a budget but at the same time appreciate some comfort.
Also booked transport to Samui which was good value and very easy.

You get what you pay for with the Basic Bungalow 😆 It is very basic, no frills. But it does have a working air conditioner and hot water for showering so it does the job!
The only concerning thing was the bathroom floor. It is VERY slippery with no mats in it. We almost fell a couple of times.
There also seemed to be issues when it rained. We had a leaky roof in our shower and I did over hear another guest talk to the desk about a leaking roof over their bed. Hopefully they get that fixed.
But what makes this place really great is the LOCATION. Steps from a beautiful beach, and lots of restaurants and bars around. Most places close around 10pm with the exception of a few. We ended up never leaving this area because it gave us everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lanta Pearl, the rooms were spacious and clean, we really liked the hammock on the deck area. The team were so helpful and friendly booking our bus back to Krabi, organising scooter hire and laundry! The breakfast was good and food and drinks reasonably price. The pool was clean and a lovely place to relax as an alternative to the beach. Would totally recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. The bungalow was comfortable and good value. The staff were friendly and the resort is very well maintained and had nice planting throughout. Highly recommended.
