We had 2 fried rice seafood on the beach at this resort, very disappointed because they were flavorless, with few seafood products, one full of onions, the other really none at all... The beer was barely cold. In short, avoid because there are many others on this immense beach which must be pleasant at high tide (because today it is low tide and very stony).

Upon our arrival, a big surprise awaited us. Room number 6: the openwork entrance door..., the moldy mattress..., the bath mat that looked more like a mop... otherwise, the cleaning was done. Very basic comfort.
We ask for a goodwill gesture for these inconveniences.

This place has potential but obviously the problem is indifferent staff and management. Standard of room cleaning is bad (we had a small warren and a random black lump on the bathroom floor, and sand on the sofa), no one seems to be taking care of the beach area, no beach towels available, bed was hard like laying on a wooden box. We paid 70€ per night for a bungalow with beach view, would have expected more. AC maintenance was also neglected and for that reason it was very weak and gathered ice inside, making horrible sound. A frog came to the bathroom from the floor drain on both nights. Ceiling is full of splashes, everything requires urgent renovation. We are not coming back to this place - The two points for good places nearby (Devy, Jaeb’s). Simple can be very good and enjoyable but in New Ozone if felt like they have given up even trying to keep it in a shape. Even the road to enter this place is in a very bad condition.

I really liked staying in this hotel. It's very close to the beach and also at a nice location on the island overall. However there are some things that have to be mentioned - they didn't bother me very much but for others it might be a problem.
My friend and I booked a twin room and confirmed this with the hotel before we arrived via email. When we arrived we got a double room and there were no twin rooms left. However the next day we got upgraded into a twin room with sea view (they wanted us to pay the upgrade but we were able to talk them into giving it to us for no additional cost). The water pressure in the shower is terrible, sometimes there's no water at all. Room service is practical non existant. We stayed 11 nights, they changed our towels once (the ones on the floor never) and cleaned the room one time - after the 10th night.
In general we got the feeling that they don't give a **** about their customers but it might be that this was just our case because as mentioned we talked them into giving us the upgrade for free.

Booked 4 bungalows (8 people) 2months in advance for the peak season for 7nights, but when arrived on Dec 28th - they have overbooked us and couldn't offer ANY rooms, they said that on next day they would have our rooms available, but next day they totally ignored us.

The houses aren't updated, furniture from the 90's if I were to guess, the TV isn't even flat for example. The showers are bad, quite nasty overall but the worst is the water pressure, takes me 5 min to wash trough my hair with shampoo, and I'm a guy with a short hair. AC works but you can't really regulate it, wifi only reaches the two closest houses or so, so not a good place if you're a digital nomad.
But then again, shower isn't a problem, you're just by the sea. You can find wifi steps from your door and you're not meant to stay in the room with outdated furniture while traveling, but you don't get what you pay for in the end of it, especially compared to what you can get for the same ammount elsewhere few hours away from here.
The doubleroom bed is very good. Location is terrific waterfront with friendly staff. But the whole beach is quite dead (december 17) and uninteresting, filled with families and friends traveling in groups from their homecountry, typical Mallorca / Canaries sense to it.
