Really great place! I got dropped off by the bus super early and didn’t have a booking but the owner answered my call and let me in to stay. The bed was very comfy, good WiFi, quiet area, and wonderful breakfast. The owner was so helpful and giving advice on what to see in Ayutthaya. I rented a bike that worked very well. It’s a bit pricey for a solo traveler but I was happy to just get a place that early in the morning!
The owner absolutely makes this guesthouse 5 star. It feels like home. The rooms are super clean. Coffee is freshly made NOT instant with breakfast. Eggs,toast and jam.
Location is perfect. Turn right then right again at the end of the street. There's a Tesco mini and food stalls. There is a soy milk and donut stall that is highly recommended !!!!

Very kind owners and cosy vibe. The room had airco which really helps during very hot days. Okay breakfast with toast and eggs. I was craving for real coffee instead they served nescafe.
We were absolutely satisfied with this guesthouse. It is a quiet place and the staff (two very friendly and always smiling women) is really friendly and helpfull. We wanted to explore Ayutthaya on motorbike (I highly recommend it) and so the wonderfull lady rented us nice automatic scooter for really good price. Rooms were clean, wooden a really cozy, AC was working well and it was perfectly quiet. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

Very pleased with this guesthouse. Landlady is REALLY nice. She will tell you everything about the city and sightseeing places. She will give you the map and a guide book. If you need to go somewhere - she will help you to find a bike or a car.
Room is perfect. Own bathroom, aircon, fan. Enough space to dance a little tango. All is clean and neat.
And! The whole place has a face. Very authentic thai face. As the price is very reasonable and location is in the historical center, highly recommend.
