Good location. Big lobby. Have outdoor seat, can enjoy nice views. Have swimming pool. This my favourite hotel in Bangkok. Halal food a lot nearby

The accommodations were satisfactory and conveniently located for travel purposes.

The room is not too bad for the price, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and it seemed like the exhaust wasn’t working properly. There’s also no window for ventilation in the bathroom, and I noticed cobwebs in both the room and the bathroom. The location is decent, with restaurants nearby, which is convenient.

The room cleaning was very poor. There were cockroaches and spiders. The staff were unfriendly and behaved inappropriately, even asking for money because of menstruation, which was unacceptable. The service was extremely bad. The swimming pool was dirty and caused severe skin itching.

Arrived around 4:00 AM. First room had a moldy, humid smell.
Second room had a suspicious stain on the bed and the bathroom was full of insects.
Third room same insects again, visible around the bed.
At 5:30 AM I asked to wait in the lobby instead of entering another room. I was told the manager would arrive at 9:00 AM, which turned out to be false the manager never came. Because of this misleading information, I was charged for the night.
No apology. No courtesy. No responsibility.
I shared photos and videos with Trip.com. Trip.com handled it professionally, but this hotel did not.

Serious hygiene issues. Avoid this place.

The worst stay ever. The second i checked in there were cockroaches and spiders in the room. The next day ants were all over the place.
No one helped me with my luggages to the 8th floor. And the receptionist requested a deposit of 1000Bhat, which was okay. I told her I dont have the abhat currency and instead ill deposit 100USD, but my money is in the luggage and I would need some privacy to open the luggage. She refused, and asked me to open the luggage in the middle of the reception..
Telephone and TV were not working in the room. The water volume in the bathroom was weak. And the sink was disgusting.

The room had a fridge and a hairdryer, which was a plus. There was also a full-length mirror, and the hot water and water pressure were both good and strong.
