Nice, quiet place. The owner is responsive. There's a cafe, laundry, local cuisine nearby, and the metro is a 10-minute walk away.

The villa has a beautiful yard. Being in the tropics and surrounded by lush greenery, there were a lot of mosquitoes. The mattress was nice, and the single room was quite spacious. It had a kitchen and a refrigerator, making for a very comfortable stay.

The guesthouse's single cabin has a private bathroom. While it shows some signs of age, you can't really complain about it for this price. There's a large garden with four dogs, and the entire alley is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the end of the alley, you'll find a convenience store, 7-Eleven, a self-service laundry, massage parlors, and street food stalls. Further out on the main road, there are various Chinese restaurants and a 24-hour coffee shop called Oasis. There's also a local night market and morning market nearby, which isn't crowded with tourists. The only downside, I'd say, is the mosquitoes; after all, it's a villa with a big garden, so just bring mosquito repellent. The host, Nuwat, is very kind and enthusiastic, and speaks English well. Free bicycles are available for use, and you can also rent a scooter on-site. I'd definitely visit again!

The hotel has a courtyard style, and the courtyard is very beautiful. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms; it must be done outdoors. However, there are more mosquitoes outdoors. I booked a room with a shared bathroom. It's actually a villa, with two rooms upstairs sharing one bathroom. They're right next door, very close by. The owner is also very nice and helpful; he can speak English. The hotel also offers free bicycles; motorcycles require a fee.

The guesthouse is located about a 12-minute walk from the Blue Line metro station. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and peaceful, with two nearby 7-Eleven stores.
The room is very basic but has everything you need. There were many mosquitoes, although an insect spray was available on the bookshelf. The room was never cleaned during my 5-night stay.
The most negative aspect is the shared bathroom, which was old and dirty. A dead cockroach remained in the shower for the entire duration of my stay. The bathroom mat was worn and dirty, the sink was covered in limescale, and the trash bin was emptied only once. In addition, on three separate occasions I saw a rat running down the stairs.

It was reasonably priced and had everything I needed, so it was pretty good. It felt like I was staying in a private homestay. The price was the biggest advantage.

Hosts - Nuwat & his mum are nice and friendly.

They accommodated to my later check-in time when my arrival time was delayed. My room was already prepared upon my arrival with the air-con turned on.

The house is well equipped with all amenities which one can asked for and they have 3 lovely pet dogs.

Location of their place is near Huai Kwang station which is convenient to everywhere and there is also bus stops nearby for easy access.

A lot of food stalls and restaurants within walking distance and the area is filled with Chinese restaurants which can cater to Chinese tourists.

Overall, it was a great experience staying in Nuwat’s place and is highly recommended for those who would like to experience staying in a local Thai-style homestay.
