Stayed for 7 nights, spent over 8,000 RMB. The room was small, the facilities were old, and the details were just terrible – it felt so dated. The noise from the BTS and tuk-tuks outside the room was incredibly loud.
On the positive side, all the staff were very friendly and had excellent service attitudes. Also, the duvet was a Westin Heavenly, which felt great and was very comfortable to sleep under. The gym is open 24 hours, and the facilities are decent, which is a definite plus.

Just finished my stay at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, and I'm extremely satisfied – definitely a five-star review!
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to BTS Asok station. You walk out the door and the Skytrain is right there, and the MRT is just a stone's throw away. Terminal 21 shopping mall is directly opposite, making shopping, dining, and massages incredibly convenient. It’s seamless for getting around and shopping.
As for the environment, the rooms are spacious and bright. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The pool and gym offer a very pleasant experience as well.
I particularly want to commend the service here. From the front desk to the concierge, every staff member was smiling and proactively helped with luggage and calling taxis. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Bangkok!

This place is incredibly rundown and old. The shower drain was clogged, so the water kept backing up. I thought I'd just stand in the tub to shower, but when I pulled the tub stopper, water from the pipes surged up from below. It was absolutely disgusting!

This was my second time staying at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok. I had just settled into my room and was about to relax when I noticed a large, rather disgusting stain on the bedsheet. So, I called the housekeeping manager, who promptly moved me to a new room and offered a complimentary two-day breakfast and a late checkout until 2 PM as compensation. Alright, getting some rest was the priority. But then, in the new room, I discovered another stain, this time on the duvet cover, looking like ink or oil. 'Seriously? Again?' I thought, but decided to just let it go and asked a staff member to change the sheet. After waiting for 15 minutes with no one showing up, I started to get a bit annoyed and called the housekeeping manager again. The manager came with a staff member, replaced the sheet, and then, with a dismissive 'already changed,' turned and walked away. Yes, very nonchalant and composed, almost making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I thought that was the end of it, but the 'excitement' continued. The next morning, I woke up and found a previous guest's key card stuck in the gap of the headboard. This clearly indicates that the room wasn't properly cleaned at all! This was definitely a bit too much.

The location is great, right at the intersection of two subway lines. There are malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, and a night market nearby, making it convenient to get to any attraction. The pool wasn't crowded, and my child had a lot of fun. The only downside is that it's too close to the main road, so even at night, the sound of motorcycles is constant. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider other options.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Terminal 21 as well as BTS and MRT stations, making it extremely convenient for travel and shopping. The room was decent and met expectations. However, the shower head is fixed and cannot be adjusted or taken down which could be improved. The breakfast spread was good with a nice selection of food. I also personally prefer plastic bottled water rather than glass bottles, which may be more convenient for some guests.

An old-school five-star hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but the location is super convenient, right next to Terminal 21, making dining and shopping a breeze. It's also near a major BTS and MRT interchange station. There are a lot of Japanese guests, so there seems to be plenty of Japanese food available; it would be even better if there were some Chinese options. Also, it's quite noisy because it's close to a main road. I'd advise against it if you're sensitive to noise. I didn't get to use the pool, and the bed was a little too soft.

Excellent service from the front door with the bell men greeting and welcoming you to the property. Love that they escort you up to the front desk. Sandy a very sweet girl check us in and answer all our questions. Highly recommend trying their breakfast buffet. Staff at the restaurant were super nice. House keeping was wonderful as well. Bonus part is the hotel is located next to Terminal 21 mall for those looking to go shopping. Overall, a great experience from beginning to end. Can't wait to come back.
