I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Its location is extremely convenient - just a short walk from the train station - yet the surroundings remain quiet and peaceful.
The swimming pool is lovely, and the breakfast was tasty, though I wish there were a bit more variety in the dishes. The staff, especially the front desk team and bellboys, were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.
I also appreciated the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle to the train station, which was perfect for days when I didn’t feel like walking.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily return on my next visit.

This upscale hotel is definitely not recommended.
The room smelled strongly of smoke.
- The breakfast buffet was mediocre.
- The water in the pool was very cold.
- No balcony.
- Lots of traffic right in front of the hotel. The room reeks of smoke.

I stayed at the Lancaster Bangkok in November, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, the rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, and the on-site facilities were outstanding. Every aspect of my stay was positive, I genuinely have nothing negative to say.
The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I return to Bangkok. I wholeheartedly recommend the Lancaster Bangkok to anyone visiting the city.

Lovely stay at a premier hotel. From the moment we arrived on the property we were treated with care and attention. The room was clean, spacious. and gorgeous with no detail overlooked. The pool and fitness facilities exceeded expectations as well. The breakfast was a special experience and wonderful way to begin the day. The one drawback, though no one's fault, is congested traffic around the property makes it difficult for timely pick-up or drop-off. But we learned to plan accordingly.
Overall it was an amazing stay and we would love to return.

Breakfast is always great as usual, friendly and attentive staff members, willing to go way beyond expectations to serve guests. Lounge bar serves great beer. Housekeeping team is wonderful and keeps room spick and span. Front office staff very welcoming and supportive. All in all, wonderful experinece.

Stayed here for Songkran primarily for it's location close to RCA / Bravo BKK. Rooms are spacious albeit a bit dated and no Smart TV. Found a few hairs in the bathtub which was the only negative for me. Buffet breakfast was a great varied spread.
Would recommend but you certainly may be able to get more value for your money elsewhere.
