Booked this place last minute on my last day in Asok, and it was surprisingly good! It's super convenient, located right between Terminal 21 and EMS. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was bright and airy.

The hotel's location is excellent. EmSphere mall is a 3-5 minute walk to the right, and Terminal 21 mall is a short walk to the left. There's a massage parlor next to the hotel, and the lobby has a coffee shop with delicious cakes. The outdoor pool is large and includes a kids' pool, plus there's an indoor playground. The amenities and hotel facilities are very complete. The hotel staff were all very friendly, except for one front desk person who seemed a bit grumpy.

Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit offered a luxurious and unforgettable experience for our stay. The facilities were in excellent condition. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the city. The breakfast at the Plates was excellent, with our variety of international cuisines, and some Thai components. The pool was great, but it was a bit disappointing that we could only enjoy sunbathing after 12 noon due to the orientation of the building. All the staff was friendly and nice. We also spent time at the Let’s Relax Spa which was of extremely high quality compared to the massage shops nearby the hotel. Last but not least, it was my birthday during the stay and we enjoyed the decoration from the hotel so much, credits to Aum from Housekeeping team! We would choose Carlton again when we visit Bangkok next time.

Overall good but we booked a king size bed and they have us two singles with a gap in between, which meant we had to sleep separately and they wouldn’t change the room, really bad.

The Hotel is really nice, good location, great personnel, exceptional breakfast. The room size was great, we got room on 15th floor, we had great view over Bangkok. In total we had great experience and definitely will come back.

Repeat stay as this is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in the city on business. It's on Sukhumvit road which could be an issue due to the traffic but it puts you close to a lot of great restaurants and also it's not too far away from the highway which leads to the airport.

Due to a flight delay, I couldn't reach the hotel until after midnight. I had emailed them in advance, and they responded promptly, ensuring my room was reserved. The room itself was neat and clean, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the service was great. Plus, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Terminal 21 shopping mall, which is super convenient.

Excellent location and service. Very good experience. Housekeeping Nck did a very nice Valentines decoration in my room. Poor and breakfast were good. But Susan area was not good. Some equipment is broken doesn’t smell good.
