The first thing I noticed was how attentive the staff were and the high level of service throughout my stay. From the bellboys to the receptionists and housekeeping team, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality here is truly top-notch.
The hotel has a slightly outdated luxury vibe, but it’s still very charming. While the room felt a bit old, it was well maintained and clean. The room size was fair, and most importantly, the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable — perfect for a good night’s rest.
The facilities are superb. The pool, in particular, has an interesting resort-like feel despite being in the middle of the city. I really loved the character and atmosphere of the place.
The food was great, with good quality and a wide selection of international choices. The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and attentive, which made dining even more enjoyable.
All in all, I think I’ve found my favourite hotel.
During check-in, they proactively asked what time I'd like to check out, and they were able to accommodate. The hotel's facilities aren't brand new, but they are clean with a touch of vintage style. The breakfast is also good, and the hotel's coffee is delicious. The pool, though not large, is very distinctive; if you just saw pictures of it, you'd think it was a beachfront hotel.
I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok. In Bangkok, it's essential to stay near the BTS; otherwise, taxis are expensive and get stuck in traffic.

1. Pillow too soft, almost feel empty inside
2. Bed too soft, when sleeping, lower back sink down
