Due to the location you hear the airplanes but the noise level did not disturb me. For me a perfect, no nonsense choice for an airport with free shuttle to the airport ( 15 minutes ).

The hotel offers a shuttle bus from the airport every 30 minutes, picking up guests at Gate 4 on the 2nd floor (to the best of my recollection). I found the staff to be helpful and experienced no issues during my stay. The pool is a highlight, remaining open late for guests to enjoy. The only downside was that the towels and bed linens had a noticeable chlorine smell

To stay one or two nights! For a long time I would not have left! The hotel is situated in proximity to Suvarnabhumi airport. From the airport to the hotel I got for 75 baht. At the airport I got on the Express train got to the station Macrobank (cost 15 baht), then caught a taxi from the station to the hotel 60 baht. Was driving in rush hour, stood in traffic so I think the price may change in the smaller side! Several trips to the airport by taxi from the hotel cost does not exceed 92 Batta. The hotel provides once free airport transfer! Nearby market, 7/11, Tesco Lotus, public transport! The hotel was chosen only because of pool, such swimming pool near the airport! Lived in a standard room in building with no Elevator on the 4th floor! If you book advise you to take another building that stands along the pool (this is a new building), the rooms are a little more expensive. The cleanliness of the room 3 out of 5. A huge plus is free Wi-Fi works anywhere in the hotel. Liked the soft bed!
Did not like:
1) there is No Elevator!
2) air conditioning is located directly across from the bed!

Seen a lot of mixed reviews for this place so I wanted to give my feedback.

Either the hotel has seen some of these reviews and tried to rectify the issues people have or every resident has a unique bad/good experience.

My father and I paid 900baht (£20) for a room with 2 single beds for one night. My 4 star rating is mostly based on that, £10 each!

The room was fine, comfy beds, relatively clean, fresh towels as expected. Ofcourse it wasn't anything fancy, it was 900baht!

The shuttle bus service was fine, we told them we'd like to leave at 6am, she said be at reception by 5:50am, we were late getting downstairs, so the one waiting for us got filled up. Not their fault. The guy just said wait for a few minutes, and another turned up. Great service. Especially as it was free and the day before we'd been conned and paid 400baht to get from the airport to the hotel by taxi.

Reception staff weren't overly friendly but who cares? If you want exceptional customer service pay for a fancier hotel. The bus boy took both our suitcases with a smile and carried them all the way to the top floor and our room, well worth a 20baht tip!

My dad said the pool was really good, another bonus.

There was some live music going on nearby that unfortunately had a very impressive sound system so even on the top floor we were feeling the vibrations, but that's not really the hotels fault.

Great place for staying at if you fly in late or need to fly out early. We used it for two nights 7 days apart and they let us leave our big snowboard bag while we travelled in Thailand. Nice people, dont understand to bad reviews on the staff.

Spacious room, acceptably clean, good breakfast. Shuttle service works good. Best of all is the pool.
