The room is large with beautiful view. The hotel is next to a park which makes it more spacious and breathable in the busy Bangkok. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and the area around it is serene. Will come back again.

In the past years we will also stay here because of the convenience no matter on what kind of weather.

The environment is great, and the location is perfect. It's really close to Rung Reuang Loft, Thai 711, and other spots. The pool is also nice, but it can get a bit noisy at night with a lot of motorbikes passing by. Breakfast was just okay.

We had a really lovely stay at Emporium Suites by Chatrium. My husband and I traveled to Bangkok with our one-year-old, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our visit. They thoughtfully provided a baby cot and even a baby bathtub, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. Room service was also very quick and efficient, which we really appreciated.

The room itself was spacious, with a large carpeted area where our baby could safely crawl and play. That said, the carpet could be a bit cleaner to make it even more comfortable for families with young children.

We also really appreciated the in-room amenities like the kitchen, microwave, and washing machine—it made our stay feel very convenient and home-like. It would be even better if the hotel could provide more coat hangers for drying clothes after washing.

The location is fantastic, with direct access to three malls, making everything extremely convenient. We could easily step out for a quick meal or even order Grab for some quick bites, which made traveling with a baby much more manageable.

One small downside was the shower—while it works fine, the water temperature takes a bit of time to adjust. It was a little challenging when trying to hold and wash our baby at the same time.

Overall, it’s a very family-friendly hotel with thoughtful touches, and we had a great experience despite a few small areas for improvement.

Spent a lovely weekend staycation at Emporium Suites Hotel with my family 💛

We truly enjoyed the warm service and relaxing atmosphere. The sunset view from our room was absolutely stunning—such a beautiful moment to unwind. The staff were kind and friendly, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the best parts is the convenient location, with easy access to Emporium, EmQuartier, and Emsphere—perfect for shopping and strolling around.

Breakfast options were quite simple, but still nice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely love to come back again ✨

This hotel is super convenient! From Phrom Phong BTS station on the Sukhumvit line, you just go into the shopping mall, take the escalator down to the second floor, and you're right in the hotel lobby. I booked a one-bedroom, but they upgraded me to a two-bedroom suite. The living room alone was as big as two bedrooms! The whole suite, with two bedrooms and a living room, had three flat-screen TVs, a sofa set, three bathrooms, two showers, a bathtub, a kitchen, and a laundry room. The washing machine was an Electrolux washer-dryer combo, and all the drinks in the fridge were complimentary. The shower pressure was excellent. The master bedroom and living room both opened up to a large balcony with a view of the park downstairs. Plus, it's right next to three major shopping malls, and there are tons of convenience stores, massage parlors, Japanese restaurants, and street food stalls nearby. The transportation, shopping, and dining options are incredibly convenient. The hotel's outdoor pool area is also beautifully landscaped, and sometimes they even have salmon for breakfast.

Super location, staff and cleanliness. Good beds and pillows. Extra large room.
Sound proofing of the windows is extremely pure, so you can hear all traffic from the street.
Aircon isn’t very responsive. You can’t open the windows (which is fine) but you can’t get higher temperature inside higher than 25 C which might be too cold in some cases..

The location is absolutely excellent, very close to Phrom Phong BTS station on the Sukhumvit line. You just exit the station, walk through the Emporium mall, and you're there. Nearby parks and Emsphere are great for a stroll, and there are a few 7-Elevens nearby too. It's also only one stop from Thong Lo, and you can get directly to Siam and Asok by skytrain, making it super convenient for going out day or night. Plus, I didn't experience any noise or disturbances. I could faintly hear a baby crying next door, but it was acceptable.

Facilities: The hotel room's interior facilities felt a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite small. Specifically: 1) The bathtub was behind the door, making it feel a bit cramped. 2) The bathroom trash can was too small, making it difficult to dispose of some single-use items and makeup waste. 3) The toothbrush set was too basic; it was the first time I'd seen toothpaste packaged like a mustard packet. Perhaps it's designed for single-day use, but it's very inconvenient for multiple nights and not very eco-friendly. On the upside, the room was spacious and well-proportioned, and the balcony offered a great view. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower gel and shampoo were from a local Thai brand, apparently called Panpuri. The lemongrass scent wasn't my favorite, but for some reason, it worked really well, leaving my hair feeling clean and refreshed. The mattress was on the firmer side, which meant no back pain for me, so I thought it was excellent.

I'd call the fitness facilities top-notch. The pool view was fantastic, and although I didn't go into the gym, a quick peek made it feel like a tranquil oasis.

The restaurant was average and quite small. I only went once or twice, and honestly, it wasn't even as good as a typical All Seasons hotel.

Hygiene: Cleaning was very prompt. I didn't see any unidentified creatures, nor were there any issues with strange smells or water backing up.

Service: The front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and the doormen were all very friendly, and their English was good. Perhaps there aren't many Chinese, especially mainland Chinese, tourists, as all communication was in English, but everyone was treated equally, without any discrimination. The restaurant staff's English wasn't as good, which led to a slight communication barrier, but it wasn't a major issue.

In summary, the location is truly outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok. Many thanks to the front desk lady whose name I've forgotten for showing me around the room, and to the doorman for helping me contact my driver.

I had a very pleasant 5-day stay at Emporium Suites by Chatrium Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great city view and direct access to the mall and BTS which made getting around extremely convenient.

I especially appreciate the hotel staff for being so kind and accommodating — they were thoughtful enough to allow me a late check-out as I had a hospital appointment, which I’m truly grateful for.

Breakfast was also a highlight. A special compliment to the lovely Thai aunty at the egg counter who makes a perfect Thai omelette every morning — warm, friendly, and always smiling.

Overall, a comfortable and caring stay. I would happily return again.

An absolutely terrible experience! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and for two of the first three days, nobody came to clean the room until almost 6 PM. On one of those days, they only half-cleaned it – you read that right, only half! They didn't restock toilet paper, tissues, or bath towels. They even left the pillowcases on the back of the chair, expecting me to change them myself? The most ridiculous part is that after I complained, the hotel did absolutely nothing, apart from sending someone to *just* clean the room. And it doesn't stop there! At check-out, they tried to charge me 10 Thai Baht for a local phone call. What?! I didn't use the phone at all! I have a local SIM card in my mobile, for crying out loud. It must have been one of their cleaning staff secretly using it in my room, right? Seriously, avoid this hotel at all costs! I used to think it was okay because of its good location, having stayed two or three times before. Each time I booked through Ctrip, I'd request a high floor, but I kept getting lower and lower ones. This time, they put me on the lowest possible floor for guest rooms, 26 (the hotel starts from the 26th floor). What's up with that? Are they really that unwelcoming to 'pig liver red passports' (Chinese passports)? I will never stay at this hotel again. And it's not even cheap, over a thousand baht a night! The facilities are incredibly old; the kitchen looks like it's never been properly cleaned, and the bottom of the bathroom door looks like a dog chewed on it. The hallways reek of paint and glue from various repairs. In short, absolutely do not stay at this hotel. Do not! Bangkok has so many other good hotels at the same price point.
