The hotel is getting aged and older and the rooms are in need of modernizing. There were some repairs which the staff were slow to attending to.
Overall, it is a good stay, but there are many more great options for the same price.
Staff are fantastic
My only comment would be check in process is a bit of a faff and takes longer than needed if in a rush
