The air conditioner was leaking. I was too tired to make a complain. I don't think the bed covers were changed. The check out receptionist was bit rude. She sounded snappy. She doesn't even smile. She sounded angry when I told her I had 1 sprite and is ready to pay for it. You have to deposit 500 bht when you check in. The only good thing about that hotel was there's a 7/11 right outside the building. Other than that book at your own risk.

The shower is located on the balcony. I don't understand why it's not placed inside a proper bathroom. It feels quite exposed and not very private, as even with a partition, you can still see through the gaps. The blanket had bugs, and there was a slight musty smell, but that was tolerable.

The service from staff across all departments was consistently poor. It started with the male parking attendant playing games on his phone, completely ignoring guests. We had to walk to the parking counter ourselves to ask where we could park. The reception staff were equally unhelpful and unfriendly, with stern expressions and voices, clearly not in a service-oriented mindset. Upon entering the room, we found the table covered in food scraps and hair – definitely not clean. Then, at 11 AM, a housekeeper knocked on our door to rush us for check-out. If I hadn't had work in the vicinity, there's no way I would have stayed here; I would have walked out right at check-in. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Good location near suvanabhumi airport only 10 min by car. Near 7-11, laundry, many shop and restaurant, salon and pharmacy.

A budget hotel that is quite accessible from the airport and that can offer rooms even at late hours and has many shops nearby where you can find food for all tastes and all budgets! Thanks a lot! And hopefully 🙏 and other travellers will enjoy too staying at this hotel as well!

Room was disgusting. Filthy walls, Hair stuck on the drains, Stained bedsheets, Cockroaches everywhere. I got to my room and noticed a dead cockroach. I took a shower and saw a cockroach in the bathroom. After I turned the Aircon on it was loud and creaky.Went downstairs to inform the staff which then tried to move me a new room. Within seconds of opening the door I noticed 3 cockroaches crawling on the wall. The only redeeming factor was that once I told the staff that I would not want to stay there they gave me a full refund. I did not feel safe sleeping there.
The staff was polite and helpful and very responsive to my concerns which was appreciated. It really felt like a lot of these issues would be solvable with a little bit of investment into the rooms things like hiring an exterminator, Periodically paying someone to come scrub the walls, Basic maintenance on things like the Aircon.

Simple life for transit overnight stay or long term stay, The loundry coin is just in front of the hotel. Easy to find eatery place too.
What i see is Just a bit far from the main road however not bother me at all, the taxi will reach you there to this place.
