Thank you for the nice staying in that beautyful hotel.
Great, accommodating hosts... Clean... Spacious rooms... only the location is a bit far from Chiang Mai
This is a very nice place to stay. The decor is lovely and the staff are friendly. Although the location is quite inland and the access road is on a private road that isn't very good.
The only complaint is that there was no hot water on the day of our stay.
In general it was a nice and comfortable stay, the rooms seem to be recently renovated. But there was also some downsides or things to keep in mind.
1. Location: The resort is quite remote, so if you wanna relax it’s good otherwise you gonna need a car to get around.
2. Lighting in the room is quite dark.
3. Breakfast: One day we had to skip breakfast because no employees were there.
The location of the hotel is relatively remote. It is not recommended to stay here if you don’t have a car. If you want to be quiet, this is still a good choice.
The girl who originally booked a villa hotel and couldn't check into Ctrip temporarily changed it here. The check-in was faster and the room was quite big. It should be because there were few people staying. The service was locals who couldn...
Cool Downs was a great place to stop for the night during a recent photography workshop we were conducting. We loved it and so did our clients. We love the design and layout - simple, modern, chic. The breakfast was a work of art too. We each ordered something different and each meal was beautifully presented and delicious.

The atmosphere is great and the breakfast is good too.
The vibe and location are OK but the place and facilities pretty old as well as no hair dryer
This room was a bit unclean, and the air conditioning had some issues. The room wasn't really up to par. I understand it was probably busy, though. The view was nice.
All good nice place and nature quite and clean.
It will be good if you have your own transport to here. But you still can travel to here by arranging share transport from Klook - to Queen SiriKit Botanic Garden. (It just 10 to 15 min walk) or request them to send you straight to the Mae Sa Valley Farm Stay Resort. Over all the place is nice with a small waterfall. Air is fresh in the morning.
Simple Breakfast is included. The restaurant food is...
Enjoyed a mini escape into the lush garden river valley! We were assigned a cute little cabin with a deck which we enjoyed! A gorgeous pool wrapped by mountains, the sounds of nature all around. It feels like camping, only more comfortable! Lovely decor and beautifully maintained place.

The most relaxing week spent in this tropical idyl, 40 minutes north of Chiang Mai. A gorgeously lush pool area surrounded by beautiful gardens. Stayed in one of four detached villas within the gardens, well appointed features, and very comfortable. Looked after ably by Pop and Ian, who provide a hearty, healthy breakfast, and plentiful ideas on excursions, and local restaurants. Or just chill by the...
Beautiful hideout in the jungle
Wonderful private retreat in the most natural wild setting. Actually want to keep it a secret…!
Not for people who need a lot of service and big hotel facilities. Perfect for those who love nature, peace and luxurious seclusion.
When you arrive at Mae Nai Gardens you feel instantly at ease thanks to the welcoming, professional and laid back nature of Ian and Pop, who do a wonderful job running the place. The bungalows are set in lush gardens and offer plenty of privacy. The gorgeous swimming pool is one of the nicest I have ever swum in - a good size for having a proper swim, with plenty of comfortable loungers for sunbathing...
If you can, go and stay! 😀👍
Beautiful garden(village i can say), Cool swimming pool, delicious western style breakfast, and of course the place we stayed was perfectly wonderful. I feel really blessed that we could be this close to nature, listening birds chirping sound and gentle stream sound.
Most of all, the host is very generous and kind. Definitely recommendable to all of the world who travels...
Wonderful accommodation, beautiful surrounds, friendly and attentive hosts. Highly recommended. My wife and I spend several days at this Thai oasis and enjoyed every minute. Mae Nai Gardens is an idyllic hideaway out of the main city so we do recommend that you seek their advice on transport options to and from the property.
Absolutely stunning. Ian is also a great host who clearly loves his abode and cherishes Thai culture which he will openly share with guest. Highly recommended!

Love this place so much! So peaceful calm and quiet with running waterfall in the back of the hotel right outside your window! The cafe and food and staff and owner all are so friendly and kind as well. Would live here for years if I could!
A cozy and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Far enough from the main city, but accessible to the main road out from the Mae Sa valley to the main city. An Absolute Gem! Incredible Value in a Lush Paradise
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is a true hidden gem and, without a doubt, one of the best value-for-money places I've ever stayed in Chiang Mai.
The hotel's location is unique and beautiful, situated downstream from the Mae Sa Waterfall with a stream flowing right past the entrance. The entire property is enveloped in lush greenery, making it incredibly picturesque...
Delicious food, clean accommodation, good and standard equipment, fast internet, and a peaceful atmosphere. There are a few too many insects at night, but the price is affordable. For cat lovers, there are two friendly and adorable cats.
This property is flanked both sides by river. Beautiful serene surroundings. Easy to find and located near Queen Sirikit Garden and other attractions. It is clean and surroundings is well kept. Host is friendly and accomodating. Free breakfast was excellent too.

The atmosphere is good. There are many places to take photos and relax. The towels are a bit old.
The room is spacious, the staff is helpful, there is enough parking space, the accommodation is not far from the main road, there is a swimming pool, there is a complete hair dryer, but one thing is the bed sheet that has spots, not sure what caused the black spots.
Very nice environment with a natural stream passing through. Rooms are alright. Relaxing atmosphere
The date of arrival was a long holiday, December 4-5, 2023. The place looked at from the reviews, good atmosphere, beautiful accommodation, but when we arrived at the accommodation, the place in the hotel looked like there was no one taking care of the cleaning. The leaves are all falling. If you don't sweep them, there are still leaves in the swimming pool. I'm a little disappointed.
It’s a such a pity for this place is not well maintained, because the architecture and decor is very nice, plenty of grounds to chill and relax and I especially love that there’s the river just beside! Rooms feel dirty, and dusty, spiderwebs everywhere, there was a ginormous spider in my toilet, and used bottles in the fridge not cleared, and a dead insect in my kettle. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to drive around to other great locations like queens sirikit botanical gardens and Mon jam. The environment is beautifully maintained and the room is very comfortable to stay in👍👍👍
The room is very big, it's a single-family villa, especially the bathroom is very big, the environment is beautiful and quiet, I like the scenery of the mountains and forests, if you like quietness, you can come here, the front desk manager is very good, in short, the price-performance ratio is very high, I will stay here again next time
Super satisfied, first-class service, breakfast is enough! Quiet, few people, very comfortable, the location is not difficult to find, but you have to drive yourself! Don't go if you don't have a car. The bed is very comfortable, but be careful to prevent mosquitoes! After all, it's in the mountains! The swimming pool is great! The service is simple!
A very beautiful place, quiet and comfortable. I was woken up by the sound of birds in the morning.
Chiang Mai slow time experience, stayed for five nights, will come again if there is a chance. Grateful to meet the sunshine and beauty. If there is a chance to come to Chiang Mai again, I will stay at Parkram Hotel.

Great accommodation with good location surrounded by beautiful nature.
The room are clean, spacious, fully furnished. With modern facilities. I will

Good hotel with good location. Not too far from city. Sports activity can be done here such as swimming, jogging and sauna. Food is okay, mostly served with western food. This resort also provide space and care for elders. Wheelchair is accessible. Price is acceptable, THB 1,400 per night for low season. I have been here for more than 5 times. It is recommeded!
Really nice place to stay and great amenities. We rented a room with hot tub though and there was no hot water. One call to the reception was enough and they sent a handy man and it was fixed within an hour. Downside was that it took 4!!! Hours to fill the hot tub as there wasnt a lot of water coming out.
Enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The kids pool was great. Nice tranquil setting. The downside, as others have said, was the food. Breakfast was good for our family though some items were luke warm. The evening meals I had, I didn't fully enjoy especially for the price. Though some dishes others had looked good.
Beautiful place and the rooms are really nice. But the food is average and not worth the money. If you are staying here, have your meals outside.
