Pros:
1. Clean rooms.
2. Quite spacious.
3. Has basic furniture, fridge, wardrobe, television and safe.
4. Room service is great.
5. AC is quite effective.
6. Walkable distance from Walking Street and beach.
7. Comfortable bed with soft blankets.
8. Has lift for going on upper floors.
Cons:
1. The washroom plumbing needs to be maintained regularly.
Note: On duty plumber was rude and least interested in work. Had to call several times.
2. Pool table is chargeable.
3. The reception personnel doesn't quite speak English which is a huge communication barrier.
4. Safe provided in room was non operational.
Tips:

The Hotel is open since two years. But it has suffered already. Further, under the room description. As it turns out, the Hotel is very noisy.
