Overall, Sunbeam Hotel offers very good value for money and is a solid choice if you want a comfortable stay in a central Pattaya location. I would definitely consider staying here again

The location is excellent – right in the center, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet still relatively quiet inside the hotel

Pool is a decent size and drinks can be purchased poolside. There are two breakfast areas in the hotel and I would recommend trying one of there fresh juices in the main lobby. Hope to see the staff again soon

Modern hotel in the heart of Pattaya with great access to both Beach Road and Second Road. I stayed in a lower-floor room, and even with a night market nearby, there was no noise at all

The property has a swimming pool, and it's also conveniently located directly opposite a large shopping mall.

We were able to do some shopping and dining during our stay because of its convenient location near the Central Festival Pattaya shopping mall

The hotel's environment is fantastic. The lobby manager speaks Chinese, which made communication very easy. The hotel has its own infinity pool and a children's water park, plus an indoor kids' play area

Central Mall is just across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for nightlife or entertainment, there are plenty of bars and venues just around the corner

Kind staff that speak English checked me in to a bunk bed. Nice, cool lounge area with wi-fi that many used as a place to hang dry their washing. I could only find one shower room (it's also the disabled person bathroom)

The breakfast is good everyday with a different menu. The swimming pool is good and the hotel is nearby to all attractions and Pattaya beach. I will come back even if it's too much Indian than white foreigners hahaha

Also, as for the complaints about Indians and Middle Eastern people- the hotel caters to them, and even has half of the restaurant set up for their style of food. My son and I felt totally comfortable there

Location: Super convenient, with the beach right out the back door, stunning coastal road, 7-Eleven, and Central (department store) all nearby! Cleanliness: The room doesn't hold up to close inspection

Stayed in December of 2025 and location was absolutely great. Staff were very friendly and pool area was very nice as well. You can access both 2nd street or the beach road from the property

The hotel was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. They also had play facilities for kids and a wading pool.

Away from rowdy, nearby mall there's Mr DIY, supermarket, food court and around 15 to 20 mins walk away to beach. Clean and spacious room with balcony, and sumptuous breakfast. Alot amenities including spa, gym, pool etc

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Pattaya. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good, with enough variety to start the day well

One of the best highlights is the unlimited free coffee, which is a great bonus for coffee lovers. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay

Even though it's a Holiday Inn Express, it's an international chain, so the standards are consistent and it exceeded my expectations

The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge

Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once)

I found ants on the counter each night I was there, so it must have been a long-term cleanliness issue. I was surprised because usually holiday inn express is pretty clean

Breakfast for C grade rice, scrambled eggs, ham, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, milk and cereal, tea and coffee. Fruits include watermelon and pineapple. The photo shows the view from the balcony

Room was okay however it smelled of toilet Oder. Some of the front desk staff were rude . They only served a breakfast buffet which was lacking in taste and was cold

The staff was friendly, and everything agreed upon was delivered as promised. I also booked transportation to my next destination through the hotel, and it arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule

The car was a new luxury Toyota, and the driver was friendly and drove responsibly. The price was also more affordable than what travel agencies elsewhere would have charged

Anyway, It's always worth paying a little extra for excellent, exclusive service. If I visit Pattaya again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The price-quality ratio was excellent

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful , polite & friendly. My only concern would be the rude guests who usurp the chairs next to the swimming pool by leaving things there while they eat breakfast

By the time we arrive from breakfast to swim , they are no spots available. The best part of this hotel resort is the buffet breakfast. Excellent choices & selection is always fresh & well prepared

The room was cleaned and bed made up while we were at breakfast. Has a great pool area and terrace in a garden setting that is both cool and relaxing. Cannot praise the breakfast offerings highly enough

This hotel is a bit dated but still a nice place to stay. The rooms are fairly quiet being this close to Beach Rd. The rooms are clean and large with nice spacious balconies. Very affordable place to stay

Sea Me Spring Too is a solid choice in Pattaya, offering incredible value for money. Its location on Soi 10 is the star, putting you right next to the beach and major shopping/dining hubs like Central Pattaya Mall

Really lovely hotel, steps away from the beach and the first impression is of an unexpectedly beautiful downstairs area, very tranquil. Bedroom spotlessly clean and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in

LK has maintained and improved of its interiors, rooms, facilities, but still a value added easy to access fronting the beach road, with easy access to the Pattaya Walking street and the main shopping complexes

She greeted me with a warm smile and helped me with the check-in process, making sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills really set the tone for my stay

cleaning and room maintenance staff lady somehow was very badly behaving inspite of giving her tips. Flamingo staff is extremely good. all daily need facilities are nearby. to sum up it is satisfying experience

Old hotel. We were lucky with the room ( no smell of the debate, nor the noise of the condo, no leaks....) If you do not find fault, we can live. The food is OK. The staff is ready to help.

The hotel location is great!! Breakfast for any taste! The staff is friendly, In the corridors a bit raw, in need of repair, but the rooms are clean, dry, water changes every day or a new to bring, a safe and a small fridge

Overall the hotel is old style: shabby rooms, old plumbing, but everything works. Not happy that the Windows don't open and no balconies. Pleased with Wi-Fi everywhere, free and fast

For three in Pattaya is a great option! The staff is nice. The carpet in the hallway would do well do change. The furniture is all worn out. But this does not prevent the rest!

Location is good in a busy area,the first 4 night in a King size bed room is pretty much better than the last in a twin bed room,one thing I need to mention is the toilet is smell ,may be the ventilation of the room is not in a good condition,

Room was always cleaned efficiently and stocked with 2 bottles of water everyday. Gym equipment was well maintained with a fan which kept the gym cool. Pool was clean and refreshing with lounges, shade and big towels

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. They stored our bags for 3 days until we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful but coffee could have been better, also fruit could have been more varied, (the same every day)

The hotel's super location and for the money, it seems more and Breakfast is, XS, we only slept and left in the clothes when I went to Koh Chang hates it, and even cleaned every day! For the money weeeet!!!! Can certainly those who bobetsky syndrome and write what is not what, but they know better, if the hotel can not get out, and they're probably now in the swimming pool

An old gem in a very convenient location. It’s very close to the beach, Bangla Street, and other key attractions, so getting around is quite easy

We went to breakfast once and left, never to return. At the reception, we saw that we could upgrade our room for an additional 600 baht per night. We did it and didn't regret it at all; it was a night and day difference

Their garden is so beautiful! You can stay all day in that garden, so peaceful and relaxing. Their food is very very hygienic and tasty, also it is closer to many street food place of pattaya
