The hotel is great for family with I big bed and I single bed. Breakfast is good choice many to choose from. Only thing is service of front desk we book with 2 kids but only 2 towels provided then I call and ask for 2 more they charge 300 baht for night. Very very nonsense for charging.

The mood of our stay was ruined right from check-in. We arrived around 3 AM, completely exhausted after a full day of flying, only to be told we needed to pay a 2,000-baht deposit, meaning we suddenly had to find 12,000 baht in cash in the middle of the night. Everything was closed, the hotel’s ATM wouldn’t read our card and the staff simply suggested we “hang around in the lobby” until the exchange...

This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

Great hotel/resort in a gorgeous location perched right on the cliff at Cozy Beach. Has one of the best infinity pools I have seen at a resort, with lots of shade & comfortable sun lounges. I think the Royal Cliff is a fantastic resort. It's a bit older, but very well maintained. This time we stayed in the Grand on the 19th floor; what a fantastic view! The staff were incredibly friendly! So helpful and kind. A beautiful, large property with a private beach and various pool areas. The food was always good. It's pure relaxation. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The level I lived is very old. Cheap wooden doors and paint cracking wall in the hallway indicated the age of this hotel. The breakfast is only okay but not very impressive. The most laughable thing is the coffee machine is using instant coffee.  II look at that machine for a long time. No addition of beans, but I am not sure until I get a cup of expresso hahahaha. The facilities are complete, and the beachfront seaview room is absolutely stunning. There's a gym, and it's just a few steps to the beach. It's very quiet, and the breakfast is rich and varied, tasting pretty good too. I've stayed here a few times and always had a great experience.

This is our second stay at Centara Grand Mirage. The pool is fantastic, and the kids absolutely love it. We had a minor issue which was promptly resolved. Special shout-out to the M,YIN restaurant; their service is excellent! The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is a bit noisy.

This is our second time staying here. Luckily, we managed to book a room on the right side facing the sea, right after the peak tourist season. The huge balcony absolutely thrilled my son; he was so happy he even forgot to come inside to sleep. In the morning, I woke up and couldn't find him, only to discover he had fallen asleep on the balcony sofa.

This is a genuine sea-view room, right in front of the ocean. You just walk downstairs and cross the road to reach the beach. The facilities are a bit old though; the TV is an old cable TV with low resolution, and you have to stand in the bathtub to shower. There are quite a few tour groups staying here, and a 1000 baht deposit is required at check-in. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The location is excellent, with a short walk to Jomtien Beach. The advantage of the room I chose was its clear sea view and its room size, which was neither too small nor too large. However, there were some minor drawbacks: there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, and the scale was dusty.

The hotel is very close to Pattaya Beach, and Terminal 21 is nearby. Chinatown is right behind the hotel, where you can find Chinese food. It's far from the bar area, so it's very quiet at night, which is great for sleeping.

A beach-front resort with a true resort feel at an affordable price. The only downside (and that is the reason my rating was less-than-excellent) is that this affordability attracts loads of buses loaded with tourists from various countries and that can create a kind-of-chaos (including noise).

The room is spacious and comes with several pillows. There is a large 55-inch smart TV. The water pressure is strong and the air conditioner is cold. The food selection is varied considering the price.

I originally booked four nights at this hotel but only stayed for two before moving to another one. The room was clean, and the environment was decent, but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. The water pressure was unstable when showering at night. And just look at the pipe next to the toilet – I was genuinely worried it might burst at any moment.

Overall, it's pretty good and quiet. There's a songthaew right outside the door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the Lan Po seafood market, and they even offer free breakfast from 6-10 AM!

Great value for money, but don't expect much from the food. There are a lot of Chinese tour groups, so every morning you'll see buses checking out, and every evening buses arriving. Pattaya itself isn't that big, so it's still decent overall! If you want good food, you'll have to spend your own money and go near Terminal 21!

There are many 7-Eleven stores nearby. Within a 500-meter walk, you'll find plenty of small restaurants, pharmacies, and massage shops. This garden hotel, recommended on Xiaohongshu, has a super clean and fun pool! Great value for money! It's right next to the Sanctuary of Truth, and the rooms are incredibly spacious! There's also a beach nearby where you can stroll, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was blissful. The breakfast is included and the price is reasonable. I hope to visit again someday!

The hotel beach offers breathtaking sunset views and is perfect for families. It's not too crowded either. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, and a drink at the bar at night with friends is incredibly relaxing.

Overall the hotel is okay place to stay. Easy Baht bus to either Walking Street or Jomtien area. The room is very roomy and I got the ocean view which was a plus. Two things they really need to work on: 1. The door closing sound is so loud. Guests who party and come back at 2 3am will wake you up closing the 🚪. 2 bathroom sewer smell is terrible. You leave the room and come back without an AC, smell...
