We come to this hotel every year. The main plus is the absence of other guests. Only the Ocean building is open. Three floors (9, 11, and 12) have been renovated, and the rooms are called 'Ideal Room'. Breakfasts are à la carte at Pasta Pasta.
A large beachfront hotel complex with a great location right by the sea. The territory is spacious, green, and well maintained, perfect for walks and relaxation. There are several swimming pools, restaurants, and direct access to a wide sandy beach, which is a big plus.
Rooms are generally comfortable, though some areas feel a bit dated and could use renovation. Breakfast offers a good variety, especially...
The hotel is practically empty; they say it didn't survive the pandemic. But it still exists! It's a huge hotel complex with very few people around. The breakfasts are decent, though a bit modest. The beach is beautiful and secluded, which is great for those who dislike crowds. There are some areas that show a bit of wear and tear, but personally, that didn't dampen my spirits. My friend and I went...
No hot water in the bathroom. The toilet wasn't very clean.
Ambassador city was our favourite destination before pandemic. This was our first visit after Covid. But unfortunately I am very disappointed with their service. Almost all the pools and restaurants were closed. There were no guests. The water flow in the shower was very little and they didn’t provide any vanity kit or shower bath. Even there was no tissue box in the room. The temperature of the air...

The reception stff were extremely rude. The breakfast was awful and chaotic. I booked one of the best rooms and was very disappointed with the state if the room. I will never return to this Hotel.
Great location and service. Nice staff, also good for pet friendly family.
The hotel is great for family with I big bed and I single bed. Breakfast is good choice many to choose from. Only thing is service of front desk we book with 2 kids but only 2 towels provided then I call and ask for 2 more they charge 300 baht for night. Very very nonsense for charging.
The mood of our stay was ruined right from check-in. We arrived around 3 AM, completely exhausted after a full day of flying, only to be told we needed to pay a 2,000-baht deposit, meaning we suddenly had to find 12,000 baht in cash in the middle of the night. Everything was closed, the hotel’s ATM wouldn’t read our card and the staff simply suggested we “hang around in the lobby” until the exchange...
Positives..
The Rooms are spacious
Opt for sea view room ,it's amazing.
Swimming pool is great facing towards the sea.
Clean n tidy property.
They have their private Beach
Negatives
The staff doesn't understand Engish.
My son was not well still they dint give room just 1 hour before check in time.
For going to anywhere you need to hire a cab. Far from all tourist destinations.
No no no for vegetarians
This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

Great view, good breakfast. Nice swimming pool. The staff are very diligent and provide great service.
The room is good and clean, the staff is friendly, but the food menu doesn't have many options to choose from.
The room was nice, but the hotel beach wasn't great and the water wasn't clean. Overall, the hotel itself was good though.
Nice hotel with good swimming pool and helpful staff.
Great breakfast and would stay again.
Super great swimming Pool
But, when I book the hotel, I request higher floor
Hotel puts us in second floor. They don't respect our request. In general, Hotel is good !
It's a short walk away from the The Sanctuary of Truth Museum, worth to go at night or in the morning!
The room has a great view over the pool and the sea.

Vast green territory with numerous squirrels, great view from the balcony and high monumental building of the hotel - that's all for positive.
Everything else is poor:
- Cold "empty" breakfasts, not tasty at all. Only fried eggs and milk is good to eat
- Non stable beds on roller pads
- Very loud AC, working at it's max power always. I guess it has been a while when somebody refill it.
- All towels...
restaurant was not clean breakfeast very limited staff has not much english no pool bar or normal bar , each time we call taxi it goes to other building nothing great but good sleep
Excellent service and cleanliness throughout resort as well as decent prices
The reception staff needs retraining. The room is acceptable. The location is near the sea and market, making it convenient for travel. The housekeeper is lovely.
Price was friendly for the guest. Suitable for children coz full of amusement and water park. Room quite old
Big property with direct beach access and plenty of space to relax.Rooms are simple but the pool and water park make it fun for families.Feels more about the experience and location than pure luxury.

The best hotel and the best service, foods are delicious, Best location
The room type was satisfactory, a sea-view room. While the building isn't as new as some high-end Bangkok hotels, after insisting with the front desk not to be on a lower floor due to a late check-in, we got a room on a floor with a good view. The air conditioning was indeed noisy, as mentioned in other reviews, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The staff were reasonably enthusiastic. The beachfront...
The location and environment are absolutely superb, very close to Terminal 21. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, so much so that you could just lounge around inside all day without needing to go out.
location is convenient and friendly for kids! the staff are very friendly and we will come back again!
This is our second stay at Centara Grand Mirage. The pool is fantastic, and the kids absolutely love it. We had a minor issue which was promptly resolved. Special shout-out to the M,YIN restaurant; their service is excellent! The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is a bit noisy.
This is our second time staying here. Luckily, we managed to book a room on the right side facing the sea, right after the peak tourist season. The huge balcony absolutely thrilled my son; he was so happy he even forgot to come inside to sleep. In the morning, I woke up and couldn't find him, only to discover he had fallen asleep on the balcony sofa.

The hotel is very close to Pattaya Beach, and Terminal 21 is nearby. Chinatown is right behind the hotel, where you can find Chinese food. It's far from the bar area, so it's very quiet at night, which is great for sleeping.
When choosing a hotel, InterContinental is always my pick. The breakfast is excellent and the location is superb.
The room was a good size, well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with 6 bottles of drinking water. It offered an open view of Pattaya Beach. Although the room faced the street, closing the balcony door ensured a quiet night, not disturbing sleep. Breakfast was quite varied, with a good selection of salads, vegetables, and fruits, plus homemade sugar-free yogurt. Hotel restaurant offers a 20% discount on food...
Fantastic! The facilities are new, the hygiene is great, and the location is amazing — right by the beach. The service was also very attentive.
The room was clean and quiet, perfectly meeting my expectations for a stay. The only minor drawback was that the hairdryer's airflow was a bit too weak.
Great hotel located directly at the beach road, friendly staff and offering a yummy breakfast buffet. To recommend

The hotel's location is fantastic – right on the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to get around. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. Really great!
Pattaya has so many hotels, and I chose Dusit Thani because of a long-standing desire. Back when I was in China, whenever I'd look for resorts in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region, Dusit Thani would always pop up, but I'd always pass because it was too expensive. I loved its Southeast Asian style and service, so when I came to Pattaya this time, I decisively booked this established five-star hotel. It really...

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, and it has a private beach. The surrounding facilities are very convenient, and the service is also great. The room facilities are a bit dated, but it doesn't really affect the overall stay experience. All in all, it's very much worth it.
Amazing stay. Professional team who took good care of us throughout the sta
The room was spacious and the water pressure was excellent. The best part is its quiet location, right next to a shopping mall and night market, with bus stops in both directions—truly a fantastic spot. Breakfast was a bit average. There were plenty of snacks in the room, and since no prices were listed for them (aside from the drinks), I assumed they were complimentary, but they were charged at checkout

Hotel is luxurious, stunning views, typical nice hotel rooms, more adult leaning than the beach club though you have access to their facilities too. Private beach, and for me the massive - truly massive pools and manicured gardens and cabanas were the highlight. I loved the pools. They have so many. And twice the size of Olympic pools.

We had the most wonderful experience staying in this hotel. From the spectacular views to the amazing pools, wow and the rooms are really luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful with a big thanks to Chaiyanan B who made our stay just a little bit more special. Thank you.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and overlooked the ocean—waking up to that view every day was a highlight of the trip.

Pretty good. My family member had leg surgery and couldn't walk well. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 and were able to check in immediately. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit. They have four different types of family suites and complimentary fruit.
Great hotel/resort in a gorgeous location perched right on the cliff at Cozy Beach. Has one of the best infinity pools I have seen at a resort, with lots of shade & comfortable sun lounges.

I think the Royal Cliff is a fantastic resort. It's a bit older, but very well maintained. This time we stayed in the Grand on the 19th floor; what a fantastic view! The staff were incredibly friendly! So helpful and kind. A beautiful, large property with a private beach and various pool areas. The food was always good. It's pure relaxation. There are quite a few guests staying every day, mostly Russians, but the hotel maintains good order, so you don't have to worry about not finding a seat in the restaurant. Far away from 5 stars resort, solid 3 stars hotel. Very old, outdated. Old small room instead of kids club, most of the activities of the kids are with an extra fee. No private beach, no sunbeds on the beach. All the sunbeds next to the pool are taken since early morning, no enough space for these much people.
The hotel has its own beach, though all the hotels here share a connected beach area. After observing, I found that Pullman's section was the best maintained. If you're willing to walk along the beach, you can find cheap massage services, if you don't mind the surroundings.
Nice hotel, just a little bit old rooms, but it's not a problem.
Great brekfast! Lots of swimming pools, kids will be happy.

Really love this hotel, it's excellent. I always stay here whenever I'm in Pattaya. Great environment and great service.
The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel's location is perfect. You can see the ocean, and it's convenient for getting anywhere. It's great for families with kids, a large hotel, so it feels quite safe. The pool views are breathtaking, and it's excellent value for money.
The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The room felt cozy and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful rest. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and provided meticulous service. The location is convenient for getting around, and overall, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it!
The environment is clean and comfortable, the service is warm and attentive. Our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back. The room was tidy and spacious with full amenities, the location is excellent, and it offers great value for money. Highly satisfied!
The hotel towels were a bit stiff and not very soft; for a hotel of this caliber, I'd expect better towel comfort. The sea view is unbeatable, though – that's why I always stay here! Newly renovated, clean rooms and bathrooms, good air conditioning, and plenty of parking.
Arrived late on the first night, and the shared dorm was a bit chaotic with only Indians around. Perhaps due to the time, the toilets, shower rooms, and sinks were quite messy. However, the next morning, the staff cleaned them thoroughly, so it wasn't an issue. What surprised me most was the excellent location and the fact that you could use the pool for this price!
after five nights stay, just now checking out. in every respect this hotel is best as per location, dinning, rooms and other facilities. cleaning and room maintenance staff lady somehow was very badly behaving inspite of giving her tips. Flamingo staff is extremely good. all daily need facilities are nearby. to sum up it is satisfying experience.
The location of hotel is good. Pattaya beach is walkable distance (1.8km). Market is nearby.

The breakfast was excellent, and the pool facilities were great, especially for children. Highly recommended; I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
The hotel's location is super central, with direct access to Terminal 21 next door. Going to shows and the night market are both within a 15-minute walk. The mini-bar in the room offers complimentary drinks and snacks. Overall, it perfectly met my needs for comfort and convenience. My stay with crystal palace was rather disappointing. Even though the room was incredible and the facilities aswell, the staff was not accommodating, no smiles and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. The hotel is clean and has good amenities, yet some of their receptionists can't communicate in English very well.
The room is spacious and comes with several pillows. There is a large 55-inch smart TV. The water pressure is strong and the air conditioner is cold. The food selection is varied considering the price.
I originally booked four nights at this hotel but only stayed for two before moving to another one. The room was clean, and the environment was decent, but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. The water pressure was unstable when showering at night. And just look at the pipe next to the toilet – I was genuinely worried it might burst at any moment.
Overall, it's pretty good and quiet. There's a songthaew right outside the door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the Lan Po seafood market, and they even offer free breakfast from 6-10 AM!
Great value for money, but don't expect much from the food. There are a lot of Chinese tour groups, so every morning you'll see buses checking out, and every evening buses arriving. Pattaya itself isn't that big, so it's still decent overall! If you want good food, you'll have to spend your own money and go near Terminal 21!
