The reception stff were extremely rude. The breakfast was awful and chaotic. I booked one of the best rooms and was very disappointed with the state if the room. I will never return to this Hotel.

This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

This is our second stay at Centara Grand Mirage. The pool is fantastic, and the kids absolutely love it. We had a minor issue which was promptly resolved. Special shout-out to the M,YIN restaurant; their service is excellent! The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is a bit noisy.

This is our second time staying here. Luckily, we managed to book a room on the right side facing the sea, right after the peak tourist season. The huge balcony absolutely thrilled my son; he was so happy he even forgot to come inside to sleep. In the morning, I woke up and couldn't find him, only to discover he had fallen asleep on the balcony sofa.

Far away from 5 stars resort, solid 3 stars hotel. Very old, outdated. Old small room instead of kids club, most of the activities of the kids are with an extra fee. No private beach, no sunbeds on the beach. All the sunbeds next to the pool are taken since early morning, no enough space for these much people.

The hotel's location is super central, with direct access to Terminal 21 next door. Going to shows and the night market are both within a 15-minute walk. I originally booked four nights at this hotel but only stayed for two before moving to another one. Overall, it's pretty good and quiet. There's a songthaew right outside the door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the Lan Po seafood market, and they even offer free breakfast from 6-10 AM!

Pattaya itself isn't that big, so it's still decent overall! If you want good food, you'll have to spend your own money and go near Terminal 21!
