Good place to stay. Nice and easy to access. Friendly staff at the hotel. Felt comfortable and good while staying there. Highly recommended! 👍

The hotel is family-run, the owners are hospitable, but the room does not match the one stated on the website. The kettle and microwave are in the common area, not in the room. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water. The window is small, there is no mosquito net. Bed linen and towels are clean, the room feels damp and smells of mold, in the bathroom there is a hole in the ceiling and black mold, in the room and in some places the walls are dirty. Getting to the hotel by transport.

Good accommodation, clean, safe, sleep comfortably, good value, another option for accommodation when traveling to the beach. There is no need to go to an expensive beachside stay. This time I went with a family of 4 adults and 2 large children. Booked 2 rooms and the children stay for free, no need to pay extra. There is no compulsion to add an extra bed. Recommend here.

The room is very clean..the mattress is soft..the bathroom is clean..the service staff is very good..the air conditioner is so cool that it's cold😆..next time I travel I will come and stay again👍👍👍👍

Personally, I'm not very impressed. We have 1 child, age 12, but the hotel says if it's over 10 years old, you have to add more money. On the website that we booked, the child's age is up to 17 years old, and they also say that they will notify the visitor. The rest isn't straight anymore. I'm not okay with losing my feelings. The rooms are clean and usable. Standard price, convenient parking, has Wi-Fi.

Great place. Clean, fresher, well kept. Smile, nice, adviceable owner, kind in answer questions, and organise you taxi etc (usefully when uber and grab find no answer). On arrival we were welcome by surprise of complimentary hot drinks and toasts for breakfast.
Down from here (right from resort) you may find one restaurant.
10 min walk to sukhumviccie road. (Motor taxi).
