I think this is the worst value for money I've ever experienced. The hotel is constantly under construction—resting was impossible, even on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. Despite what seemed to be available quieter rooms, they placed me right in front of the one where the work was happening.

For 2500 baht per night, you expect a certain standard. But the room was run-down, with worn-out walls, and both the air conditioner and fridge were very noisy. When I tried to unplug the fridge, I made the mistake of moving the furniture—what I found behind it was incredibly dusty and dirty. Totally unacceptable for this price.

The balcony didn’t match the photos either: the cushion was missing, some wooden slats were gone, and everything looked neglected. Finally, there was no real welcome at the reception—staff seemed indifferent at best.

Overall, a major disappointment given the price.

Construction that looks like it’ll take years was noisy throughout. Was told there would be no noise but that wasn’t the case. Heard construction works at 7am!! Appalling. Not worth the money, or hassle.

The room was on the second floor. The hallway leading to the second floor was cluttered with items. The wooden floors were quite noisy. The staff were Cambodian. The room was expensive, but upon entering, it felt very ordinary with no welcoming fragrance.

The location was perfect to be able to walk to everything within town and beach. Parking for cars and bikes, including charging stations. View from our room was incredible. Staff were superb friendly.

Off the beaten track, rooms and facilities have all been renovated, so it looks new. Not cheap by Thai standards. Definitely for the well off types

The location is ideal for a relaxing getaway. However, during my stay at the end of June, there were ongoing renovations which made it quite noisy during the day. Fortunately, evenings were quiet and peaceful.

On the pier, some guests were drinking and a bit loud, but it never felt unsafe. It's well-lit, allowing you to sit there late into the night, perfect for squid fishing! Fishing rods can be rented directly from the hotel for 100 baht each. On clear, non-rainy days, it was delightful to simply enjoy the cool, refreshing breeze.
