Best beach so far , no pool but understandable that the beach is perfect.
No welcome drink or impression over first time arriving ,not staff itself , I meant the view the office the entrance not attractive at all. Breakfast was cold but nice Thai style. Many tourists , loads of Mosquitoes , in my room can fits up to 3 people, funny that I can’t fall asleep because the air con made the weird noise all night until I switch off, I don’t like their hospitality but love the beach.

The rooms were clean and the staff were lovely, helpful, and provided a lot of information to guests. The atmosphere was good and the sea was beautiful.

The villa itself was very nicely designed.. modern, spacious, and equipped with all the expected amenities. Unfortunately, the water was only lukewarm and never truly hot, which was disappointing.
The resort as a whole feels rather run down and could really use better upkeep, especially considering the rate of around €250 per night. The beach is naturally beautiful but would benefit from more regular cleaning to really shine.
There were also a few service and maintenance issues during our stay, the internet didn’t work one morning, and electricity went out for a few hours (which wasn’t the resort’s fault). However, when I mentioned it to the lady in the office (with tattoos on her hands), she didn’t even offer an apology. A bit of empathy and customer service would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
Overall, a beautiful location and well-designed villas, but the resort management and maintenance need significant improvement to match the premium pricing.

The bay where the hotel is located is very beautiful, the beach is gorgeous. We stayed in a category A cabin. All of them are on the first line with a sea view. The bathroom has been recently renovated. There's a large step in the room, and in the dark, you could fall. The bathroom light only turns on with all the other lights in the room. Breakfasts are good. In the evening, the only place to eat is the restaurant, which is overpriced and the staff is inattentive (they spent a long time watching us clean sand and dirt from the table and chairs), but the food is okay.

The view here is absolutely amazing — I love watching the sun, sea, and sky slowly change until dawn. They also offer a one-hour kayak program to enjoy the moment. 🌅🌴🥥🛶

the room has some bugs in the bed but have a really big toilet inside the room. all rooms are near the beach.

We found much to appreciate about this establishment - from the overall atmosphere to the quality of most of the staff. However, we did experience a few concerns regarding the extra bed charge and the demeanor of the concierge staff, which lacked the courtesy one would expect in a service-oriented environment. The rest of the team, on the other hand, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. It was somewhat surprising to encounter such a discrepancy in service quality at this price point, and I do believe there's room for improvement, especially at the front desk. I'm currently writing this review from what I consider the second-best place I've stayed, after the Siam Beach Resort, where the service was consistently impressive - from arrival to departure - and there were no additional charges for an extra bed. That said, I'd like to give special recognition to K. Polly and one of her colleagues who provided excellent service and truly stood out. Their warmth and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

Siam Beach is on a super nice beach in an amazing bay. The rooms are large and comfy with a relaxing balcony. Im staying with a large dog, who loves the place. The surcharge of 450 bht is a bit steep, but me and my Ginger dog are happy here

Amazing experience! I stayed for 3 nights in the „cheapest“ option. It was amazing ! Sea view direkt at my front porch. You could hear the waves in the night absolutely amazing.
The restaurant was perfectly fine. The food was good and the prices where cheap for having dinner on the beach. Amazing service and friendly staff.
You can rent a scooter for 300 baht wich is a must on the Island!
The breakfast was amazing they make great omelets
Personally I think this resort has more charm than the big huge resorts in the area. It looks like it’s family run and the huts give you a special feeling

This is the most beautiful beach on the island, but the hotel I disliked the most. The territory is not well maintained, the room is not bad, but needs updating. The only hotel that asked for payment for transfer around the island!
