amazing place
We stayed at Pa Hin Sai for 5 nights. Got to say that it was overpriced in comparison with other similar resorts on the island - and I think that the place was too basic to be called resort either. The ocean was nice and cottages basic but good enough. The major problem was cleaning, since they don't clean your room automatically, you actually have to ask for it. And even that didn't help, they still didn't clean the room. Staff didn't speak too good English either.
Do not recommend. Did not provide twin bed as booked on Agoda. Did not care to provide a solution. Did not help arrange a taxi once we checked out. Same attitude applied to the resort that lacks TLC. SAME PRICE higher value can be found close by. Manager needs to be upskilled in proper customer services too. This I Don't Care attitude does not do her any good. Perhaps the owner will read and take action. Until then, recommend another.
Very nice place, very cheap, great view, a little out of the way and down hill, other than that is great, room has no AC, but it's cool with sea breeze, the hotel beach is full of garbage, that's makes it not perfect. Anyways I enjoyed my stay there.
Good value at $25 US this is the cheapest on the beach accommodation you can find on Koh Kood. Rooms were on the tired side and the bathroom could use a deep clean but they were good enough for that price and excellent location. We did have to hang our own bug net as mosquitoes found their way in despite the screened windows. Food was good and reasonably priced.
Great service, large rooms for the price, run by really nice folks. Lots of rocks and coral on the beach. Unfortunately a good bit of trash washes up on the beach from the ocean.
