Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience pleasant. One thing to note is that if you want both a sea view and a private pool, you need to book one of the pool villa room types. Otherwise, there isn’t a public swimming pool available for guests. Knowing this in advance would help set the right expectations when choosing a room.

My husband, friends, and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Everything was great, though it's a shame the pool is only in the private area. Sometimes, after a swim in the sea, we wished we could dip into a pool. The breakfasts were good and varied. During the day, there was free tea, coffee, hot chocolate (both instant and from a machine), toast, jam, condensed milk, two types of ice cream, water, ice, and instant juice or Thai tea. Plenty of beach towels were available and could be changed multiple times a day. Bottled water was replenished daily in the rooms. Housekeeping was excellent. We requested an extra blanket, and it was provided immediately. It's a great hotel, though the price is a bit high.

If you enjoy eating with ants and bugs, not being able to communicate with the hotel staff and enjoying great sunsets, this is your best choice!

They could do much better in making sure their breakfast and their tables are not infested with insects. Nearby hotels do not have the same problem. Food quality wasn’t that good, suggest avoiding to include breakfast (not worth it at all!!!). Their staff should definitely step up with their English and their communicational skills if they target foreign clients!

Overall this hotel has a great location but poor management!

We spent our entire stay on Koh Kood Island enjoying dinner at Peter Pan Resort, even though we stayed elsewhere. We absolutely loved the relaxed, easygoing vibe and the genuine friendliness of the staff. Despite the occasional language barrier, they always made an effort to communicate with us, which we really appreciated.

The dishes were consistently excellent, fresh, flavorful, and well‑prepared every evening. Plus, the pricing felt very fair for the quality and experience we received.

A special highlight was the Fire Show! It was, without a doubt, the best fire show performance we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend Peter Pan Resort if you’re looking for great food, welcoming service, and unforgettable entertainment!

Fantastic Stay at Peter Pan Resort, Koh Kood! ( May 18-20,2025)
Just back from a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at Peter Pan Resort, Koh Kood (Trat, Thailand) in Crab Room no.2 (2 bedrooms - 2 king size Beds - perfect for our group of 4 ). around 9K THB / Night / room ( Hotel Promotion ) including Breakfast for 4 person The villa was spacious, fitting us comfortably. Suggestion for improvement: An additional bathroom would be a great asset for larger groups in this room type. Also, a separate glass door for the shower/toilet area could help prevent a wet floor.

We absolutely loved the river view with the rich mangrove right outside our large family villa. The natural wood decor created a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and the high ceilings added to the airy feel. The bedroom layout, with the main bed downstairs and a loft area upstairs connected by stairs, offered a nice balance of privacy while still feeling connected. The riverside balcony was a perfect spot to unwind and truly connect with nature. The room size (listed as 45 sqm with 2 king beds - a minor discrepancy with our 1 king/1 twin setup) was ample for our needs.

Breakfast was a highlight - exceptional variety and delicious! We also enjoyed lunch and dinner at Crab 2 (our villa name) throughout our stay. The hotel's free-flow coffee, tea, and ice cream all day was a fantastic perk!

We explored the fascinating mangrove forest with a paddle, enjoyed a relaxing swim at the beach (kayaks are free, though SUP boards are THB 300/hour - Recommendation: Consider offering SUP boards complimentary as well).

What truly stood out was the rare sandy beach - stunning views, crystal clear and safe (flat, unlike some Andaman beaches) for swimming and water sports.

Note : The fire show man was amazing !!

As someone with nearly 30 years in the hospitality industry, I was incredibly impressed by a young boy named Khun Lek (red shirt, if I recall correctly). When I inquired about fishing from our room's large mangrove-facing terrace (Crab 2), he returned within 10 minutes with a fishing rod and everything I needed, offering his friendly and enthusiastic assistance without expecting anything in return. He even offered further help before leaving – truly going above and beyond my expectations. Please extend my deepest gratitude and special thanks to Khun Lek and consider recognizing his exceptional service. We also encountered other wonderful staff members (whose names I sadly missed) who provided excellent service and helpful information.

Despite the nearly 5-hour drive from Bangkok plus the 1.3-hour boat ride, our stay at Peter Pan Resort was a valuable and memorable experience – a must-try at least once! We will surely revisit in the near future.

Note that , we booked a exceptional Service with BOONSIRI FERRY! Traveling from the mainland to Koh Kood was a breeze thanks to the truly exceptional service provided by BOONSIRI FERRY (Trat Province). From start to finish, the staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making the journey a pleasant experience. a ticket is 1,200 THB / Person / Round trip

The ferry itself was very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. We were also impressed with their punctuality – the departure and arrival were right on time. It was clear that safety and security were a top priority.

The cabin room offered ample space, making the journey comfortable. The baggage handling service was also fast and efficient.

Highly recommend BOONSIRI FERRY for a smooth and reliable transfer to Koh Kood!

Great hotel, friendly staff. One of the best beaches on the island.

Nice location, rooms are nice but the shower curtain was filthy but staff changed it when we requested, WiFi is slow.

Staff are friendly, only downside I’d say is the breakfast is below average the coffee is horrible especially for the price one pays for a night, no bacon available for breakfast.

Great beach here and the resort is "ok".
Unfortunately they use plastic/fiberglass bags to fill up the beach! Now adding to this big pollution problem in the the oceans.

The resort focus mainly on short term stays for Chinese groups, using speed boats.

Fantastic, quite literally, beachfront bungalows, on what in my opinion is the best beach on Koh Kut. They come with your own sunloungers, on the sand, only a few steps from the sea. Best location ever, on a fantastic and quiet island.
The staff at the hotel are brilliant. Nothing to much trouble, they will arrange scooter hire, taxis, trips, etc, etc. All round the staff were brilliant.
