The Riverside Guest House in Lampang City

We had a wonderful week staying here with my son, Lenny.

Because Lenny has special dietary needs, having access to a kitchen made a huge difference for us. Lorenza was incredibly kind and generously allowed us to use the kitchen whenever we needed it, which helped us feel much more at home during our stay.

Lorenza and her staff were always warm, welcoming, and attentive. Whenever we needed anything, they responded quickly and were happy to help. Their kindness and hospitality made our time in Lampang especially comfortable and memorable.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated everything and would happily stay here again.

Nice and peaceful, off from the main road but close to town. Lovely breakfast, the outdoor seating area overlooking the river was lovely with a view of the bridges. One member of staff was particularly helpful, giving us advice for our onward travel, as well as letting us buy from the gift shop after it had closed.

I have visited in this resort 3-4 times in the past few years and everything has been ok. Beds could be softer, however. I have not stayed in the every room of course, but as far as I remember, every time the bed has been hard and didn't get good sleep because of that.

An absolute gem, and without doubt one of the finest guesthouse experiences in Northern Thailand.

A charming guesthouse run by a very friendly family, perfectly located right by the river, with a breakfast room that offers lovely waterside views. There’s also a café that transforms into a cocktail bar in the evenings - a nice touch. For travelers on bikes, they even provide a small garage with tools to fix minor issues, which is incredibly convenient.

The rooms are simple and basic, and the mattress was the firmest I’ve ever slept on - but it’s perfectly fine for a one-night stay.

Location fantastic, right next to the Wang River in downtown Lampang. Service excellent. Very enjoyable stay.

The wooden house nicely decorated in Thai-Lanna style surrounded by a tropical garden provided us a peaceful rural ambience, even though it is about 5 minute walking from Kad Kong Ta walking street. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were balconies to enjoy Wang river view in our rooms. However, there was no refrigerator in the rooms. Also, being a traditional wooden house, there is no soundproofing between rooms. Breakfast was delicious Thai and continental. Overall, I would recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Lampang.
