Hands down the best restaurant in the square! It’s family-owned, super affordable, and serves everything from fruity banana pancakes to amazing Thai food and even buffalo steak. My friend and I ended up coming here regularly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s easy to miss since it’s tucked in the front yard of a guesthouse (mainly French tourists stay there), and it doesn’t even have a sign. But you don’t have to be a guest to eat here. The owner and cooks are so welcoming, they make you feel at home every single visit.

We book through booking for one night. We arrived at the place at 16:30 after long day of driving. When we arrived we discovered thay are fully booked and they overbooked as. The owner send us to another guesthouse and payed the difference but the other place was very old and noisy. In general very bad experience and unprofessional behavior.

Great place to stay. The location is wonderful. Right next to a nightly food stall market with lots of good food choices. Also very close to many bars in the old town. It's located on a nice quiet smaller street.
The rooms are big and spacious with a fridge, fan, and A/C unit. The pillows were very comfortable which was a plus. The bathroom was very nice.
Sin is incredibly nice and very helpful. We enjoyed her personality. The rooms were also kept very clean and the fridge always had new cold water in it.

This was a PERFECT spot to explore the town. It is next to a market so can get a lil loud but it calms down. It was nice to be so close to food. We came during the loy krathong festival and the host and her family welcomed me and my husband to make a loy krathong with them. Very generous. They also remembered it was our honeymoon and let us leave our bags since we came early. If we come back to Thailand we will 1000% make sure we stay here again.

I’d advise to go to the hotel and make an offer (we got a very good price) and the hostess is very very lovely. The hotel has such a nice homely feel to it with very clean, big rooms including a bath, shower and huge comfortable bed.
Thee location was really central in the old city where all the tourists are. It’s walking distance from a very cool jazz bar, lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and the main party road with bars. It was located on such a beautiful quiet street with lovely plants and coffee shops.

This place has great historic feel to it. It's not modern. Most rooms don't have flat-screen TV. There's no elevator so I had to walk up 4 floors.
The room itself is very decent. Bathroom is big. Bed is comfortable. If you get the corner room, you have very nice balcony with chairs.
The problem is that its right next to the nightclubs. On that day they were blasting music very hard and I ended up booking a hostel to sleep the night at.
It's a budget option, but there's no guarantees on good night sleep.

Right in the Middle of everything you need in Chiang mai. Kinda dated place but does the work. You get what you pay for.

I stayed there for one night with a friend, the location is both good and bad. Good that it's centrally located and convenient, bad that it was too close to a bar that played music all the way to midnight...
