Lovely place with shaded courtyard, the staff are lovely and place a mosquito spiral outside your room at sundown. The room has a large bathroom, air-con and a fan. There is a shared fridge in the courtyard and some drinks avaliable for purchase. There is a bit of noise from the main road outside but not enough to disturb.
The location is fantastic, just inside the North Wall of Old Chiang Mai. Take advantage of the drinking water refill stations dotted around nearby and the evening food market across the moat.

I am extremely disappointed and deeply upset by my experience at Siriwan Guesthouse.
After checking out, I realised that I had accidentally left behind a necklace in the room — a treasured piece given to me by my grandmother with immense sentimental (and monetary) value. We returned shortly afterwards to retrieve it, only to be told that nothing had been found.
Given how quickly we returned and where the item was left, this response is a very difficult pill to swallow. The situation suggests a serious lack of honesty and accountability, which is both shocking and heartbreaking.
Losing something of such personal importance is distressing enough, but the absence of transparency or meaningful assistance has made this experience far worse. Trust is fundamental when staying at any property, and unfortunately, this experience has completely undermined that trust.
Based on this, it is with great sadness that I do not recommend this property.

Mr Andy and his team welcomed us at check in. Clean, comfortable and one of the best sleeps we had in Chiang Mai. Great little courtyard and a space to relax where mosquito coils are lit in the evening. Safe and secure too.

I stayed here for five nights with my friend, really nice people, very clean room, would definitely recommend. It also has a very good location which is walking distance from most places in Chiang Mai Old Town.

Fully recomended! Gorgeous garden, you won't believe you are insiste the city, but you are actually! Kind people worried to help you in any possible way. Daily clean. Beds are quite well, just enough. Better than some hotels in my honest opinión

Lovely guest house with a great location and lovely garden to relax in. The staff are lovely as well and the rooms clean and comfortable - good value for money as well.

- Very beautiful room. Has a wardrobe, a table with a mirror, two table beds. So you can store your belongings in a convenient way
- Shower had a curtain. Seems simple, but it's the first time in South East Asia I see it :)
- Wi-Fi is really good. I had to study a few days and was able to watch live classes online.
- They give a free bottle of water each day
- Location it's very good. It's a walking distance to most of the points you need to go. I was studying Thai Massage, so this hotel was very convenient for me as it was close to main massage schools as well.
There're a few cafes, restaurants nearby, 7eleven, and a small night Bazar with cheap food and fantastic fresh smoothies for only 30 THB.
