All in 1 Guesthouse in Chiang Mai City

The loveliest guesthouse Friendly and safe, lovely staff, very helpful and with good humour. Our children slept in a room a little way from ours, without any problems. They felt super safe from the start. The rooms are nice, beds are excellent. Self service based on trust There are good recommendations for places to eat, sightseeing and tours. Definitely the best recommendations. We loved it.

Staying at the All in One Guesthouse was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Chiang Mai. This beautiful, family-run business exudes warmth and charm, making it a truly special place to stay. Gilles and his family went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their incredible customer service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—close to everything yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, reflecting the care and passion the family puts into their guesthouse. The owner and his wife are very friendly and it's a nice place to stay. The bathroom space is small, so it's a little hard to use, but overall I'm satisfied.

I found the guesthouse to be a very typical Thai guesthouse. It is located inside of the old wall. The location is great. I found several cheap eateries nearby and a charming massage place.  Reception is not open for 24 hours. (0800 - 2100) Laundry is available Water dispenser is located on the ground level.  I wanted to make a  hot coffee (I had "drip coffee" with me).  As there is no kettle provided in each room, I went down to use the water dispenser in the early morning but there was no one yet. I had difficulty in pouring hot water, I really wished there would be someone all the time. If you have the same issue with me, you better practice how to pour hot water when staff is still around you  :D Room is not so huge but not too small. Bathroom is small, especially the basin.  There is enough furniture to stay comfy. There is no pet bottle provided. (No  complimentary) No electric kettle inside of the room, therefore a water dispenser provided at the public area.  You can chill out at the ground level as there is bar. You can order breakfast (199 bahts) It is a charming guesthouse in a great location.  It is easy to mingle with other travelers at the bar area. I chose AC room, they might have non-AC rooms for cheaper price.

Very nice place located in a lively small street where hardly any car passes. Our room was colourful and everything works fine. Lots of little colourful paintings are greeting you in the hallway. The room is not what you here for though. Downstairs there is what I call the garden livingroom. It's lush and green , there are sitting corners, a little bar and a little pond with fish. All adds to homely vibe of the place. What's completing the picture is owner Jilles and his friendly staff. Jilles adopts you as family and is eager to answer any questions in french English Italian or Thai or just chat. This place is ideal for travelers who don't want to hang around in the sole confinement of a room or bars and restaurants. You can also get a coffee or a beer here and refill your water bottle for free.

What a great place to stay in Chiang Mai! Gilles and everybody who works there is going out of their way to help with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and clean and there is a beautiful lobby where you can hang out and have a beer or just relax. Centrally located in the old part of the town, it is the perfect place to start your adventure. I’m very sad I have to leave. Thank you Gilles and all the others for making this such a memorable stay

Loved it. Wasn't expecting much due to the low costs, but the previous reviews are all true. The owner is a character and always up for a chat. The lady behind the reception, is always willing to help, and was able to change things last minute notice to suit us, and even check us in early. Very helpful, and always willing to help. Great location, nice clean rooms, and just an overall a good vibe. Loved how you good just chill downstairs in the garden and then plan your day. Loved the place love the staff and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you

Wonderful location in the old town. Walk out your door into lively vibrant street life. Two wonderful restaurants, DASH and GERMAN BEERGARDEN. Green Lotus massage just down the street…lovely, professional, friendly, approx. $10 US!! Accommodations clean, comfortable. Staff mixed…front desk person lovely, doesn’t speak English. We would certainly stay there again. 🙏
