A very nice hotel with a great location. Everything is close by. The hotel provides complimentary free coffee, cookies, and fruits to all guests. The seating arrangements were very nice, and I really liked it. However, the balcony room I booked was completely enclosed by a wall. There was a small window on one side, so I couldn't get in. This was the only thing I didn't like. However, the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again, but only if I got a room with a full balcony.

This place was a gem. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and comfortable, the location was on a quieter street but only 5 min walk from street markets. We got breakfast with our booking and it was the best decision. They let you pick from the breakfast menu and made sure to have it ready for you the next morning at the time you want. The outside space is so calm and tranquil. Even had the most adorable little dog greeter at the desk that added to the charm of this place. You get more value with this place without spending what you would at the Marriott. Truly a wonderful find and we will come back next time in Chiang Mai.

From the moment we arrived, the staff Moon, Rose and Om ,made us feel so welcome — they were genuinely kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed with a cozy local touch, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden area was peaceful.

The location was ideal — close enough to the main attractions and cafes, yet tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh local ingredients and plenty of variety.

Everything about this hotel felt thoughtful and personal. It truly gave us that “home away from home” feeling. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai! ❤️

Randomly chose this rare finds hotel at the heart fo Chiangmai just right by the old town. The location is super convenient. The room were super clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again. And we also met a cutie call banana, super cute and fluffy.
